The negatives vibes from this Dunkin Donuts is off the charts.The first day i came here the store called the police on a woman who was minding her business. She had an ice cream in her hand from the store so she was clearly a customer.When the police came they dragged her away like an animal. She kept yelling for someone to help her because she didn't know why she was taken away. I wish i could have helped but i wouldn't even know how, as a regular samaritan. It felt extremely illegal.The second day i came, i received a cracked up and a portion of my drink leaked out. When i told them I had a cracked cup the worker with a long goatee and short hair handed me a cup and motioned for me to pour my old cup into the new cup and didn't even offer to refill my iced coffee. He looked at the cup and said "yeah they've been coming in like these a lot" and then walked away.The negative vibes from this store is off the charts. It's almost like they feel guilty or ashamed of something that's going on behind the scenes. It's really really really weird here. Nobody here treats you like a person.

This particular Dunkin’ is always clean. One of my favorites for the Denver area ?

my dragon fruit refresher didn't have enough syrup, we ordered 9 donut holes and got 3, my wrap was ordered without egg and it came with egg, and the tortilla was burnt.

One of the employees Josh is such a nice person. He cares for the customers needs and makes sure the customers get what they need. Thank you for being an awesome person. Keep up the good work

This place just scammed me out of 7-8 dollars for a medium mocha latte hot. I asked for an extra shot and a drink that is normally 5 dollars and some change ended up being close to 8 dollars. I am never coming here again and I recommend you stay away unless you want to be nickle and dimed.

To the guy taking drive thru orders(7:43am 12/29/31) I highly recommend you give the customer more than 30 seconds to make a decision on their order before rushing them. Literally no more than 30 seconds had passed from the time I pulled up to the the moment the guy started rushing me.When a customer pulls up and you ask them what they want and they say one moment please. Then asking if I'd like any recommendations immediately after I said one moment, then to suggest I come inside to take a look at the menu. This all within less than a minute from me pulling up. Not only did it keep breaking my concentration while scanning the menu it was rude.Now I can see if I was actually taking an unreasonable amount of time, which wasn't the case.In the end, don't rush your customers to place an order, it's rude.

Extremely rude. Asked for a few minutes to review the menu and was rushed out the line was told if I needed a few minutes to drive out the line. There was no cars behind me and I literally just needed 2 minutes but was harassed every 20 seconds. So rude.

They are always closed it's not even 7 yet and they are closed this is an everyday thing now I will be contacting corporate

Went today after not going for a while because they always made my drink wrong. Going back today didnt change a thing. I understand if the lady taking my order didnt understand how to ring up my order but she didnt even listen to me. I said frozen the first time and she was rude about tellingn me I didnt say frozen coffee, then when she finally understood that I wanted a frozen coffee but didnt listen when I told she two shots of blueberry and two shots of carmel. Then she was rude and told me to just come to the window when I wasnt even finished ordering. I did get a frozen coffee but only one shot of blueberry and thats it! I stopped going here before today because they would make my drink wrong every time and then i was told not to come back cause they could never get it right and I would ask them to remake it. Almost a year later sense I habe been there and they are worse then before.Rude employeesDoesnt listen to customers ordersRush ordersWould not recommend this location!Wich is a shame cause they are better then Starbucks but there staff ruins it for this location!

The manager on site was extremely rude. Picked up coffee and breakfast sandwich on my way to work this morning and opened the bag when I got to work only to find a burnt Croissant, no sandwich. Mistakes happen, but when I called to discuss the mix up I was told there was nothing they could do, "they don't have delivery drivers to hand deliver my one sandwich" then proceed to curse at me and hang up the phone. Very sad way to handle things with a customer. Will not be giving my service to any dunkin if this is how they treat customers.
