I have tried calling this store 6 times a night for a week now around 9:50pm to 10:50pm the last call to the store I was on hold for 20 minutes each call 5 to 10 minutes. the store hours say until 1am. But I NEVER get to talk to anyone and end up ordering from pizza hut instead where they answer the phone within 2 minutes of calling. When I worked for Dominos in 2009 the whole crew would be fired for letting a single customer wait for more than 10 minutes. Outrageous delivery times if you order online. 2 hours for delivery one time when placing the order online.
They were late, gave me the wrong pizza, and forgot my drink. Drove back to the store, told them they gave me the wrong pizza, and they took the old pizza back into the kitchen which is a major health code violation. About little while later I watch one of the employees drop the pizza spatula on the floor, then proceed to pick it back up and take several pizzas (including mine) out of the oven without washing it or anything. In the 20 minutes I was in the store I witnessed 4 different health code violations by 3 different employees (including a manager). Pretty rough, and that’s not even including the mice running around the store.
Up until we moved they made the GF pizza perfectly!! Please send a crew to Aurora, Stanton Hill area, teach them how to properly heat the GF pizzas, actually just show them the way, please!! Lol But really…
Pretty good as far as dominoes go, I like that it’s pretty close to where I live, and customer service was pretty good to.
If you want to wait 3 hours for pizza that’s a five minute drive this is not the one to order from. I ordered a couple times from here and literally every time I’ve ordered it been over a 3 hour wait I called last time and the manager told me hey man we’re literally the worst dominos in Colorado I quit and just came back because they offered me more money. They don’t even offer you like a free sauce for your wait lol. The time I ordered before that they called me and told me they wouldn’t be able to deliver until 4pm( I called at 12:pm) because the delivery driver had to go to school and they had no one else.
Fix the ovens! Pizzas have been coming out uncooked for the past month. The dough doesn't rise. It's gross. Got a replacement pizza, same thing. Waited a week, same thing. Went in and tried to talk to them and they said it's a new oven and they can't mess with it. Fix your oven
They either need to update the hours or have some integrity. They advertise midnight closing so I called several times to place an order just to leave the phone ringing off the hook. It was a full hour before closing...dont ignore your customers because you want to have the place cleaned up an hour before closing. Not cool
After an exhausting day, Domino's was our dinner of choice. We requested contactless delivery for 5pm. Pizza arrived 25 minutes after the driver was said to have left, we live 5 minutes away. They made us a whole new order after I drove there to find out where the pizza was and why they didn't answer their phone. The replacement order took twice as long to get than they told me. These are tough times and I understand being spread thin with staff shortages. I was glad they acknowledged there was a problem and remade the order.
Mark was super friendly, its nice to see people like him with a great attitude and on time. Thank you mark ! The food was also great.
