My wife prefers Domino's & it's usually ok but yesterday was a bust. The crust was soggy and very thin. Toppings were sparse and spread unevenly over the pie. They also used orange cheddar cheese which was a 1st for me.. not a fan! The cost for our 18" Brooklyn pizza was $34 including their $6 delivery fee & a 20% tip.. YIKES!!! Very disappointed.. not sure if that is their new normal or I just got hosed that one time?!?
No drivers available on a Saturday night at 9:30pm.That’s crazy. 1 star for that and the pizza dough was underdone.The location in highlands ranch is my favorite. I’ll drive out the way to pickup from this location, not the Englewood ever again.
If I can give 0 stars I definitely choose 0. I made the order @12:30 after an hour I checked the website it shows my order is still at prepared, so I called the store, the guy told me he has not even start doing my order yet. He told me it will take another hour…. He sounds like he is not feel sorry about it. He did not apologize over the phone.
my food took two hours to come to my house on a monday. the roads were fine and when i called the store to inquire about my order i was very respectful of the staff and im 90% sure that the person on the other end of the line put the phone down, laughed and called me a n*gg*r when they inquired about my order to their manager. i wouldnt say anything about this unless i was certain i heard it, and i said nothing to them because i dont want my food spat in. really disappointed

Firstly, they delivered the wrong item to our address. When we called for a refund we were told we needed to call back at a different time, which is unacceptable. I then called back and requested a refund immediately, which they ultimately did. Poor customer service from the management and staff, will not be ordering from Dominos again.
They have now been at least over an hour more than quoted. Callled and was informed that “there were other orders our way”. Has shown in quality control more than an hour ago. So our food has been done and getting cold for more than a hour. Thank you for making us pay for cold, old food. Hopefully you guys get your game up to par. This has been a horrible experience and I want all to know this. I would order from Perry’s or somewhere else local than be blown off by this place again. Thank you for your time. (And not our business again).
My order has been on quality check for 30 minutes so I called the store to make sure my food would not be cold, the person (girl) who answered the phone was very unpleasant and rude. I asked for her name so I knew who I was speaking with and she had an attitude as she said why do you need my name so I then asked to speak with a manager and a boy by the name of Ryan answered. I explained my experience with the person who answered the phone & he have cared less. I then explained to him my concern about my pizza sitting at the store for 30 minutes getting cold & he stated that my food shouldn't be cold (we will see). I try not to write bad reviews and give the benefit of doubt to the person however due to their blatant disrespect I felt it was necessary to write a review. I will update about the temperature of the food.Just as I thought the pizza is cold and the order is wrong.
The team here works very hard.They're understaffed right now, and are always busy because of their location, BUT if you are willing to be patient the food is worth it.Despite being busy all the time, the team is still super friendly and willing to help/accommodate in any way they can - which is why I consistently order from this Domino's as opposed to a different one.Keep up the great work, everyone! I'm sure you all dont receive nearly as many "thank yous" as you deserve.
Not only did my pizza show up overcooked and cold, it looks like someone played catch with it before delivering it! This is literally how it looked when we opened the boxes!
