Honestly the nicest people I've ever met at a Denny's ? Angel our waitress is absolutely wonderful & Carlos cooking in the back with the perfect music ??Chef's kiss ? to the food and environment.My husband and I had just come from the urgent care up the street and it was exactly what we needed. We will be back for sure, especially late at night.
Sandy W is amazing! She welcomed me when I first came in and she has been on top of everything, and not just great service. I’m working while waiting for a patient to be released from the near by hospital and she has been considerate of this fact as well. She has redeemed Denny’s for me and I now view y’all as more than just a place to go after a long night of drinking. Thank you Sandy!
Great location with fast service. I walked in, got seated and it seemed like the next thing I knew, my food arrived.I didn't feel rushed, everyone that walked by with coffee asked if i wanted a refill and my waitress was very kind.Cinnamon Pancakes are delicious and dangerously addictive! Proceed with caution of yummy goodness.
Solid chain diner. The price for the amount of food was definitely worth it.One cannot go wrong this place for a late night or early bird comfort food
This visit was a good one. The last time I was there 7 months before, I was ignored at my table and I got up and left. My waitress this time was very attentive and pleasantly happy (I didn't mention my previous experience to her). I give her 5 stars.
Just visited this facility today and was ignored when I walked in. No hello, or be right with you. These people you hired and that are working today jan 29 are wastimg your money as a company. They are all sitting in the back talking and not taking customers. Waited there for at least 2 or 3 mins staring at them talking and they still said or did nothing to help. Your facility was empty so there was no excuse for them to be just sitting there ignoring customers. So I left and went to Village Inn right down the street they had people at the front door to greet people and the lady was super nice go to Village Inn instead of Dennys this location with those people suck.
Exceptional service with an authentic smile. Our waitress Amanda was very hospitable and immediately greeted us after we were seated and asked us what we would like to drink.The meal was fantastic and came out fresh and warm and not like it had been sitting under a warmer for awhile. I had to take a call in the middle of the meal and Amanda navigated the situation with a pristine attitude. She provided service that will bring me back again. Especially to this location.The restrooms were a complete opposite result. They were filthy with one of the stalls being completely out of toilet paper. There was graffiti on the stalls and it made me feel gross after.The exceptional service does not deserve to have such terrible amenities such as a filthy restroom. If the owner of that location wants return customers they should hope that no one will use their restroom unless they get them upgraded.p.s. At the end of the meal I asked Amanda if we could speak with her manager and were informed that she was the manager. We wanted to commend her on the outstanding customer service she provided and acknowledge her outstanding situational awareness.
Bathrooms were disgusting as usual. Filthy and not clean. I was there early at about 9:00am. There were only two customers. They were both homeless and inside staying warm. It was scary to sit and watch them. One of them kept looking at me. They were each seated alone in booths along the south wall. One on each end of the row of booths. One of them finally received two plates of food. He took his bare filthy hands and checked the hash browns by laying his whole hand on top of them and pressed them to check for warmth. I believe the waitress bought him food out of kindness.My food arrived so I then proceeded to eat. Upon completing my meal I looked up and saw that the food presser had left but the staring creepy guy was still there. So I finished my coffee and stood up to pay. As I walked to the register I noticed scary guy had got up and went and sat at "Handy food presser's" table. He was actually eating food from Presser's left overs! Every time I go there it's like being in a Quentin Tarantino movie! Stop in sometime. It's great fun to be part of the unrehearsed live comedy!
Ever since I started noticing the manager named Ali here at this location, food has been consistently excellent: customer service has been great as well. I see that he works his tail off and I notice it is paying off. I highly recommend this Denny's!
Went in to grab a late dinner, service was ok not every employee was wearing a mask. The food was not hot , my husband food was cold and had a hair in it. When we said something to the waiter said we will give you a coupon. The manager Mike then wrote on the ticket that it was discounted. We used to come here often but tonight was the last time.
