My babies loved it here. They have lots of fun game for kiddos. The pizza was delicious and so was the salad. There’s a variety of healthy and delicious options in the salad bar. Everything looked clean. The staff are nice and pleasant. Will be returning soon. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese for an amazing time.
Have always loved coming here and last time we had a party for my kids it was awesome so I had 1 reserved party here again and will no longer be reserving any. Reservation was at 730 didn't get sat till about 745/750 , previous party tables were still occupied by other guests and not cleared. Our personal person was not attentive "bc she was the only one there" and for as muxh as I spent I would think we'd get the attention we deserved. I was not happy with how the night went. Ill go but not to reserve a party that's for sure. Oh yea and not even a discount ? so ??♀️
I had my sons first birthday party here today & it was a success. Big thank you to a lady named Ariana! I always over stress & panic about things like this & they just handled everything for me & made my day easy. I didn't notice anything that was going on because I was having such a good time but they still gave us a discount for the inconvenience & it was just too nice! Thank you for helping my family make such a great memory today! P.S. the salad bar & pizza was amazingggggggggg!
We had our 4 year Olds birthday here and it was not the best experience. We typically go to the superior location and they are temporarily closed so we had to come here. We won't return. There were way too many machines/games closed or broken. We arrived 15 minutes early like our reservation email stated. They didn't have our party ready. No balloons. I had to ask for goody bags. The guy that hosted our party sucked. No social skills, wore his mask half off his face and was not welcoming to a young child.
The pizza isn’t very good but my daughter had a great time. I would go back…one day…in the distant future.
Kids had fun, service was horrible, the guy that I ordered food and wrist bands from was either high or he really likes to stare at ceiling lights, I swear I had to repeat everything 3 times, there was 1 girl that was cleaning tables and also working the gift desk that was really friendly and helpful, even the manager on duty looked like she was miserable and hated her job! Probably the worst experience at chuck e cheese that I've had! Btw... I walked out and no one batted an eye, I even yelled in stealing these kids and not one person cared to even look, save yourself some money and don't put stamps on our hands if you're not going to even check, the place was crowded, people of you go here, watch your kids really close because they won't care who takes them!
Grandson's 3rd birthday party was held here this last Sunday and aside from it being loud and chaotic, due to 200 kids running around playing games, this Chucky Cheese was quite organized and very well monitored! There were no out of control, monster children to deal with and nobody had any meltdowns!!! It was pretty much a pleasant experience!!
This place is amazing! Was pleasant and fun! Great staff. One of the employees named julie was very helpful. And the food was delicious. 5/5 overall!
For being Chuck E Cheese, it's really clean inside. Our kids had a blast. I'm sure we will go back.
This place has done a 360! Daniel, the manager was pleasant and eagar to help! The food was delicious and the kids had a blast! They're actively cleaning high touch surfaces.
