SUPER pleased with this Chipotle location. Friendly servers, generous portions, fresh food, and the always delicious spices of a 5-star Chipotle burrito. My only gripe with the place is that parking can be a little challenging due to the weird layout of the lot. Still, this Chipotle is rarely crowded, super fresh, and always friendly...highly suggest!
May 14, 22. 11:00 a.m. Do better Chipotle! Do not have the Guacamole or Steak.He mixed the old, brown guac in with the fresh.The Steak was 90% gristle.Chipotle you have lost quality control at this location.- April 11, 22. Said they were having a delayed opening to fill internet orders first.
The worst Chipotle in the United States. They are dealing with staffing shortages but this place has sucked ever since I moved to Englewood 2 years ago. I'm tired of giving them excuses if the McDonalds/Taco Bell across the street can have a full staff I'm not sure why they are having such a hard time. There's a bigger problem here and I would imagine it points back to management.Here are games they play:-Don't bother ordering online and expecting your food to be ready. They just print the ticket and and leave it sitting until you show up. Then they will put it in the line to be made.-If you don't order online well don't expect to get in. They are constantly closing their doors and putting a sign up that says temporarily closed. They only accept online orders during their busiest time. I see people walk here, bike here drive here on their 30 minute lunch break only to walk up to a closed door. That makes people angry. The online orders are forced to stand outside and wait for someone to run back and forth with the online orders.-They often decided to say they are "out" of all their items. Out of Chicken, Out of Steak, out of barbocoa, etc,This location simply sucks go to a different one or go to Qdoba. This isn't worth the hassle
Ordered online for pickup as I work nearby. I and many others had to wait at least 30 minutes for pickup orders. The line to order at the counter was just as long. I understand when a restaurant is busy for lunch. Completely understandable. But this was absolute incompetency on Chipotle's part. Chipotle does not respect their customers, and they certainly do not respect their employees. There were 4 employees working their butts off. If Chipotle doesn't know how to properly staff a busy restaurant location, then they have no right to be in business. Making everybody wait exceptionally long shows they do not respect their customers. Having only 4 employees to run a busy lunch rush shows they do not respect their employees, either. By the way, the employees here were amazing, working very very hard to get all the orders out. Hey, Chipotle, if you can't find people to work for you, maybe offer better pay!PS. I also am currently waiting on Chipotle customer support because their Doordasher did not deliver my food to my address. This was a prior incident. Chipotle is showing staggering levels of incompetence. You used to be a Colorado icon. Now you are money-hungry scum like most of the rest.

My steak and chicken bowl came with only chicken. My wife’s bowl with extra chicken came with no extra chicken. Certainly won’t be ordering takeout from here anymore.
Chipotle is always a great place for a healthy lunch or dinner. Sadly this place is historically slow for Chipotle's. Usually worth going to the neaeby Qdoba instead.
Worst service ever!! I understand training new people in the restaurant business, but Chipotle corp must have changed their scooping sizes to the bear minimum for a $10 chicken bowl. Also asking for a side of different meat means they have to put it in a different bowl? Would’ve been perfectly happy for a smaller size but to each their own. Never going back!
This location never fails. I go about 3 times a week and they are always clean. Also, they serve good portions compared to other Chipotle locations.
Food was fine, but don’t bother ordering online….stood and waited for my online order for 20 minutes while they helped those who walked in repeatedly. Do yourself a favor and just walk in and order.
