It was what I expect from Burger King. I was on a time crunch and didn’t have many options so I got a burger and fries. They remembered to include napkins and ketchup so that’s a plus.

The people at the window asked me 5 times what I Wanted and I told them and they still messed it up I said a Diet Coke and they gave me a diet Dr Pepper. Check your order before you leave this place.

Rude staff.The man working the counter got tired of waiting for my daughter to order her meal & walked away to help the drive through, even though they were fully staffed.

Hot fresh Burger that's broiled and never fried. The Whopper a sandwich much better than the Big Mac or the Quarter Pounder or the Wendy's Double. The name the tradition The taste says it all ? Whopper #1

They took a payment for the meal I ordered but gave me the wrong order and it was cold. I'm at the hospital with a very sick family member, so I try to call and let them know I would be in for a refund later, and they wouldn't answer their phone. It makes an already hard day much harder. Horrible and unaccountable, I will never go back - once I get my refund.

Pulled in about 8:00 p.m. on wed, Jan 12 2022. (Off Inca Ave in Englewood). Only car there. Speaker asks me to order."#4 LG w a coke please.""I can give you a medium soda w that, we don't have large cups."Pause. Didn't want a soda anyhow, just did it for the meal. Now I have to over pay for it or order items individually and overpay for them? No thanks."Actually I think I am good."Pull off. As I am going passed the window, female worker opens window 2 and screams obscenities to me, caught on dash cam. I go in reverse, recording w cell phone as well now. Female disappears. Male comes flying around the corner, pulling up his pants and ready to bark something at me. Notices the cell phone. He abruptly stops, turns and hides out of sight. 3 mins go by of now being ignored. Finally the male comes back. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave.""No problem. Why am I being cussed at because you aren't serving your whole menu?"Ignored. I repeat. He half acknowledges fault before scurrying away.At this point I decided it's time to leave and I will review on Google, call local and call corporate. Would like confirmation of employee (s?) Termination, apology, and how I will be compensated.Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Somehow this location never has food that's being advertised, no matter how recent. Drive-thru meals are always incorrect. Food is always hot and good. Room for improvement.

SO DISGUSTED!! Not only was the place a wreck, but when I got back to the office and bit into my whopper, I had to pull a hair out of my mouth!! I can handle a lot of things, but this is unacceptable. Tried calling with no answer. Do yourself a favor and never stop at this location!

Need better customer service through the drive-thru and sign saying they're not open in the lobby

Pretty good place for a Burger King, they usually have good deals, Love my whoppers!
