Good lord, these tacos are AMAZING! Huge, packed with whatever fresh ingredients you want, and efficiently squished and mixed within the freshly warmed, flaky flour tortilla so the ingredients are evenly spread throughout each bite. I had the barbacoa with refried beans, lime rice, guacamole, and green chili sauce. Sooooo good. My husband Cant remember what he got (we ate there two weeks ago) but he loved his taco, too. Top it off with delicious margaritas made by a personable young lady who remembered us, where we were from and that we went camping in Mesa Verde, a week later when we came in for another margarita while doing laundry across the street, and you have a great restaurant which I wish we could take back to Texas with us.
Loved it. Everything was great. Long line out thedoorbut worth it. Quac is extra. Indoor and outdoor seating. Fish takes a bit longer too but it's excellent as well. Recommend the sweet potatoes as a base.
This place is great! the atmosphere was fun, clean and inviting. The food was great. It is like Chipotle, but x10 better! You can really tell they support local corporations and run a good business. Would go back again!
Great tasty food, that hot and filling. Also love that they use grass fed meats, have vegetarian options for those with different dietary choices. The staff is great and super helpful.
Super delicious, fast, good food! It's the local version of Chipotle serving kick @ss margaritas. You can't go wrong at either location. Do yourself a favor and stop in (or pick up) a bite and add a new fav to your rotation.
Local version of Chipotle's or Freebird's. Good quality, prices, and portions. The burrote is huge and fish tacos fresh; I'm loving the excellent selection of chile sacues and friendly, laid-back atmosphere.
Extremely good food. So many choices, and it fills you right up. Similar to chipotle, except everything is better. Staff is very friendly and food is pretty cheap. Most people will probably spend under $10 for a meal.
We had a delicious, fresh meal today at Zia’s. The staff was friendly, the service was great and the food was delicious! The food was incredibly tasty! Two local staff at Purgatory Ski Resort recommended it and it did not disappoint.
Wish we had gone somewhere else. My tacos were cold all the way through. Considering we were less than 5 mins away, I don’t see how this is possible. Very sloppy presentation, didn’t travel well. Corn tortillas fell apart almost immediately. For almost $50 for the three of us, only one of us was happy with the meal…
Kind of like a Subway, but for burritos and tacos. Not the most amazing meal I’ve ever had, but I would eat here again. Ingredients were fresh and staff friendly. I liked the hand-washing station by the drink dispenser; I wish all restaurants had something like that.
