Stopped in for a quick bite. Had to wait 20 minutes for order to be taken. When food received fries we’re cold and got wrong sandwich. Got sandwich replaced but didn’t want to wait any longer for hot fries. Worst food we’ve had at a Wendy’s. Seems lots of people have had bad experiences at this location….. maybe corporate office should look into why and correct asap.
If the lobby is closed, there shouldn’t be an option to pick up in the lobby for online ordering. Or there should be specific instructions on how to pick up. There was no sign on the door or anything. I had to call them and they said they would bring it out to me. So I’m standing in the hot sun waiting for them to bring it out. My vehicle is too big to go through drive thru so I depend on pick up or lobby ordering. The man was nice when delivering the order to me.
These were the worst fast food hamburgers and fries we have ever had at anyplace. The burgers were hard as a rock and almost black. Not sure if they were from the day before or had just been on the grill for hours. And the fries were mushy and pretty bad. But not near as bad as those hamburgers. Don’t waste your money here.
Worst Wendy’s ever!!! The girl had the order right on the screen and my whole order was still not right!!! Not worth $15 dollars an hour! These people don’t belong in food service! Couldn’t even tell me which drink was Diet Coke!!
Come pay full sit down restaurant prices for reheated, soggy trash. The true roulette of all fast food, drive off without checking your food and you'll be sure to have someone else's order in your belly. I'll give 100$ to anybody that gets an actual carbonated beverage from this trash pit and not some watered down urinal leftovers. Cash
The food was ok but the service was subpar at best. The employees can’t seem to make an order correct or modify orders when they make mistakes. This place has gone downhill.
Durango Wendy’s never lets me down. My husband says there is one guy who is alway there in the evenings and he is “on it”. Good work team, keep the crispy fries coming!
I have had the same experience several times at this Wendy’s. I pull up to order and no one responds, I end up giving the order at the window that is only open a couple of inches. The manager needs to go to McDonald’s to see how a drive-through should operate. Food is Luke warm with unmelted cheese.
Thought the Wendy's in montrose was the worst but then I ate here! Terrible terrible terrible. Made me sick and I had a 16 hr drive ahead of me. I took one bite and was in hurry washed it down with soda I knew immediately something was off. I put the sandwich down and started to monitored my stomach. It's started churning so I pulled over and immediately puked! Made a complaint but never heard back from anyone. Don't eat at this location or the one in montrose until they change staff! WENDYS WAKE UP THESE LOCATIONS ARE TERRIBLE
Idk why I had an idea that a Wendy’s would have good customer service like chik fil a.. but this Wendy’s definitely has some grumpy workers. LOL
