Best roast beef I've had in 20 years. Meatloaf was moist and tender. Orange Creme desert the perfect ending to a fine meal.

Booked here for dinner with good friends - only reservation available almost a week before. We had a great time and since it wasn't crowded we were able to stay and visit a while! The guys really enjoyed their prime-ribs very much, the coconut shrimp was also awesome and an orange mousse was great for dessert. Only miss was a tofu veggie bowl that was really not good - tofu should be cut into pieces, not served whole & there was nothing "Thai" about it - very little curry flavor. Service was great. It was pricy for the 4 of us (near 200 bucks with bar & all), but we had a great time! Would return
The atmosphere was polite and friendly. The service was excellent. Everyone was helpful. I really enjoyed the visit. I'm going to make The Roost my #1 restaurant when I go out to dinner. I'm lucky enough to live in the area.

The food and service was great. A very top notch restaurant without extreme notch pricing. Their cocktails were some of the best I have ever had. And I bartended for 13 years. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Ordered NY Strip med rare. It came out well done and was inedible. By the time we were able to get our serverâs attention, others in our party had finished their meal and was too late to replace it. How anyone could cook such a good steak so poorly is incomprehensible. . We found much better dinner options in Durango for the reminder of our stay.

Service was good, but food was honestly not worth the price. It seemed like half of what was charged. Food was also pretty bland, lacked any noteworthy flavor. Overall unimpressed for a 4+ star restaurant.
