Delicious food, very large portion sizes! I had the Super Burrito with steak. The salsa was very flavorful with a little spice.
We dined here twice on this trip and plan to visit there at least once more before we leave town. Great service. Fresh tasty food. The host remembered us from the first time we went in.
Service was pretty slow at first but then a big family left and it got quicker. My water glass was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Just gross black stuff all over the inside of the glass. That's how our experience started and quite honestly we wanted to leave. Things turned around for us because the food was fantastic. Probably the best carne asada my wife and I ever had. The chips and salsa were good as well. Mistakes happen but if it weren't for those and the screaming baby all through dinner, I'd give 5 stars.
Food was delicious, margarita was on point. Visiting from out of town first time, atmosphere was beautiful overall cozy. Waiter was quiet but friendly.
Service was quick, food moderately priced and tasty. Good Mexican food for Colorado.
I understand short staffing I do. So I'm going to let that part go. Our server never smiled. Out of 4 of us, two out of our 4 meals were cold or just warm. Had to wait to get silverware and napkins 5 minutes after our meals showed up. If your visiting from out of state I don't recommend this place. They catered the large family that took up half a room cause they were local. The kids were unruley. No thank you for coming from the waiter.
Love Tequilas! They have real tacos and not baby ones! The pineapple Fajitas are the hands down best .And if you want a jumbo Margarita this is the Place.Its a must if you visit Durango
Not a single person in the staff had a smile EVER! The manger almost ran over my kid walking to the bathroom and then he hit me in the head as walked past where I was sitting. The hard tacos were soooo soggy you couldn’t even pick them up to eat because it just fell apart. The taste of the food wasn’t even good. Just awful experience altogether! And we had our food ten minutes and had to ask forSilverware since no one would serve us
The salsa is the best in town. So fresh! I mean the best! I ordered a margarita and it was as large as my head. I asked for a watermelon margarita but got a large regular one. They don't use that awful green margarita mix. They use fresh lime. I don't really like margaritas much but this was fresh and zingy. It took two of us to finish it.The chorizo breakfast was excellent! I love an all day breakfast! Even the rice and beans were fresh. I usually eat half my meal but this was too lovely to leave behind or save for later. Our picky eater had the shrimp tacos and actually finished them! We usually let each other taste our dinners but no one offered at this meal. We even stopped talking because we were enjoying the meal too much. I have tried every Mexican Restaurant in town and this is my favorite.
I don't know why they rate this high, found the food unfavorable. The food was served Ok but not well spiced and the pork was, not sure.
