Knowing that the line is awful at this Taco Bell, we ordered online, only to get there and find that the doors are closed. When we called, guy in the store sees us and makes eye contact but won’t bring food out. Says we have to wait in the drive through line. 40 minutes later we are still sitting here. I’m writing this in the drive through line.
I mean, it's Taco Bell, but my order is usually done pretty quick and it's always right!I really only use the drive thru but the staff is usually very nice in the limited interaction. Can get busy/backed up at key times of day. Lunch break and people getting dinner on the way home from work
Has been leaving their back door open all the time. Not sure if this is considered a health ordinance violation or not, I know it is some places. This concerns me and makes me not want to eat here again.
The grille was closed so couldn't order off a good part of the menu. Felt really rushed and the food wasn't as hot as it usually is. Was disappointed in this particular experience. Though it may have been like this because it was at the end of the day but if youre open I expect food and service to be the same through out the day.
Got to the drive thru line at 840 waited in-line till 930 website said they close at 11 get to the order intercom sat for 10min then pulled up to window 2 employees can be seen made eye contact and everything and just ignored me couldn't even jesture that they were closed had 6 people in line behind me I got out to let them know because nobody else would.
I have lived in Durango my entire life and have been coming here since I was in toddler gymnastics, never had issues before about 6 months ago.Unfortunately the night shift at this location has absolutely gone to the pits. I order online thru the app and tonight was the 3rd time (at least) that my order has been missing food, usually the entree. I have called to let them know and had they were very apologetic and replaced my food no problem the first two times (I know, why go back a third but its the only vegetarian fast food and we work 10 hour shifts) even giving me taco coupons for my inconvenience. They were understaffed and busy, I understand.Same thing happened again tonight and when I called to let them know the woman who was put on the phone had the WORST attitude I have ever been on the receiving end of. I understand that customer service jobs are overworked and under appreciated, I always try to be polite and understanding with them but this woman obviously needs to find a new career, far away from the public. Not only am I missing my dinner (and am out $10) but my night was completely ruined by her.
They get my order wrong every time I go here. Guy working at the window was rude and wouldn't fix my order the last time I went. I feel bad that they are low staffed but the customer service could be much better
I ordered ahead online so that I could avoid time away from work and once I arrived I was told the only way to pick up is through the drive through... once I pulled up to the order kiosk I was told to walk to the window in front of all other waiting customers to pick up my order... I get that it's fast food but some level of professional would be nice.
Short staffed. Waited in line for 20 mins then was told to go somewhere else. Hopefully things get better soon, I felt bad for the employees
Worst service I've ever seen.Sunday afternoon 4pm front door is locked for no reason. Just want to order and pay on the app, pick up and go, but they obviously hate customers and money here.I'm vaccinated and masked. Why the undue punishment?
