Service was fantastic and cocktails were perfect. The entree was excellent (lobster and scallops) but the sides were very strongly flavored ( the potatoes and brussel sprouts were overwhelming).
The service was great, and the food was good. My wife said both of her dishes were too salty. I ordered the bison steak medium rare and it was medium well. A little more expensive then I felt it was worth. Maybe Iâm out of touch with dining post COVID lockdowns.
The food and the service was outstanding!
Good food with some interesting and unique options, but so expensive. And on top of already overpriced fare, they added a5% restaurant surcharge to the bill!?! Not sure I can justify returning.
It was unfortunate that the suggested âsliver of mushroom and fois grasâ were actually pricey add ons, making a $26 dish actually cost $76. Did not enhance the food or experience, and should have been mentioned up front.
The Wagyu Tomahawk steak was definitly worth it. We had the frois gras and wild mushrooms with the steak. Great service with good cocktails. Worth the trip.
Great food! We especially loved the ceviche! Service was great. Would definitely go back.
Extraordinary food, attentive and skilled service. Charred octopus was to die for. Iâll be back.
7pm reservation on a Wednesday night. Service was casual and excellent. The elk steak was superb. Lobster mac was very good. The lobster risotto was not a good choise for a side for the elk. My mistake. Interesting desserts, Creme brule was very good.
We had a wonderful meal at Primus. I had the Bison filet with sauted mushrooms and fuagra,, which was delicious. My wife had the shrimp and scallops. Both dishes were perfectly prepared. We paired our dishes with a well-made Mai Tai. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Our waitstaff was very attentive and made sure everything was to our liking. Dessert came in the form of a house made gluten free chocolate torte and an avocado chocolate torte. Both were delicious!
