I've always loved pizza hut. Why I miss the old location where you could sit down and eat, I've never found faults in this location as a take out place. I like the taste, order has always been right, and it's affordable. Ordering online for ten bucks and in ten minutes you're got several toppings on a large. I feel as a chain it gets a bad wrap because Durango is a trendy area that wants pizzas to cost more.But by taste, if pizza hut cost twice as much people would be rating it higher.
Absolutely ridiculous. Two weeks ago ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. It gets here and it's buffalo sauce. Call to complain and they give me a $20 dollar credit. Order same pizza again tonight with the credit, first they sent the driver to the wrong house, then when he finally got here not only was the pizza cold but guess what. Not Bbq sauce again, this time it's marinara. I'm mean seriously what employees do you have there that can't get one simple pizza correct. I am 100% done with pizza hut. You people are ridiculous.
I usually really enjoy this place, recently though, it's an absolute joke. I understand being busy, being short staffed, whatever deal... Talk about mega unsafe when i call to make an order and i get put on hold and some goofy out-of-stater at a call center who knows where grills me about my address and personal information and tell me orders are being taken remotely. Who's this goofy taking my credit info? How do i get re-imbursed when my personal info is stolen by some out of stater and I gotta jump though all kinda hoops to get it figured out? Not a chance, Come on pizza hut who thought this was a good idea? Super suspicious, will absolutely not order from pizza hut again because of this.Maybe you guys should pay a livable wage for the area and keep some employees around? I understand it's tough but people are looking for jobs, just aren't willing to take garbage pay. Or don't, keep up the garbage service and get outta town like papa johns

Faster service. More employees perhaps. 3 days ago, ordered a pizza, was finally called an hour later and was told they could not deliver due to weather conditions and safety of staff (understandable.) When I switched to pick up, I personally drove to get the pizza, Waited quite a while while there due to issues with them finding my order. When I returned to my housing with the food, the pizza was burnt and my wings were cold. Was not reimbursed for the delivery fee or my 20% tip to the delivery driver. (again not that big of a deal, but seems sketchy!) Ordered again last night, pizza took an hour and a half to get delivered, and once received, the pizza seemed very lack luster in what a pizza should be. There was at least 2 inches completely around that was nothing but crust (very unusual.) The parts of the pizza that had toppings were great, just a little disappointing that it seemed someone working does not care about that job. I love Pizza Hut, and order at least 2 times a week, for myself and my employees. I hate that my ratings keep getting lower.
What is wrong with PIZZA HUT. Multiple locations claim curbside yet multiple locations refuse to do curbside. Do you know what this is called??? False advertisement. With Dominos, you get your pizza out in 2 minutes.
Very good pizza. Best pizza place in Durango! They need a place to sit and eat pizza though.
Can literally for years NEVER remember to also deliver soda. Never. Unbelievable. Never order drinks your just giving your money as a donation on top of my 25%tips.......
I understand there were young adults working at this place so I knew to not expect too much but omg I really could not believe what I was given. We asked for thin crust BBQ chicken pizza. Charge us full price or whatever. I just wanted a BBQ chicken pizza. Ordered it and went to the hotel. No cheese just BBQ Sauce and chicken on thin crust that tasted like legit cardboard.
Fast service and good food. Really enjoyed the entire experience.
