Food is what it is and not the problem. To get food I need to order my smart phone using a QR code and pay BEFORE I get my food even though I'm already sitting in the venue ; this is the problem here. Why do I have to tip before I have even received my food when I'm inside the restaurant ?

On a slow Monday in the summer, our pizza still took an hour to make and it tasted very similar to frozen pizza. For the price and time, they could have a little bit of quality!

Spicy Italian pizza was really good.

An OK pizza with thick and slightly undercooked crust though. Not many other options around...

I mean, I guess I understand. “COVID keeps our mountain closed.” But I don’t. Tons of customers and this place and the Bear Bar close at 4pm? You need to stay open for those who don’t want to eat at 3pm and get our runs in. We pay for season passes and the stuff that goes with it isn’t there.

This place is struggling to even meet the most basic needs of the tourist in Purgatory. Everyone expects a wait due to staffing shortages. So, the 2-3 hour wait for a carryout pizza might be excusable. However, after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes for the pizza, after being told it would be 30 minutes, the pizza was cold. It had sat for 30-60 minutes. the cheese was stuck to the cardboard. The cheese slid off the pizza. The toppings were dried up. It was cold, not warm, not room temperature, but cold. It was 1/2 the size it should be (see picture). Poorly made. We were told they had forgotten about us and had to make one as an emergency. However, the pizza had been sitting for quite a while. And no effort in making a reasonable pizza. Of the last 5 people I saw carrying out orders, 4 complained about their orders being wrong. I sat at the bar and watched. The online ordering was not working (that's fine, I came down in person to order). They quit taking phone in orders at 5:15pm and said it would be 3 hours to complete an order. I ordered mine at 4:40. Just be warned, they cannot keep up with even simple orders. They might quit taking orders by 5 or 5:30 on a busy evening. It would not be unusual to expect a 2-3 hour wait. And the quality simply is not very good. Again, see pictures.

Good service and but pizza ? was okay. I want check ski and tubing. I heard about this place was best in area. But it okay.

Be sure to stop here if want condescending, passive aggressive service from a middle aged redheaded woman too busy to look up from her phone to help you. You're better off at Purgy's or just bringing your own food and beer to the mountain.

Got some pizzas and beer after a day of snowboarding, our experience was nice/average until I cashed out. The Female supervisor with red hair behind the bar (name started with a D) was very passive aggressive, in front of people and loudly, said “did we do that bad of a job?” because I didn’t immediately put cash in the tip jar (embarrassing). We were still hanging out at the bar top because we weren’t done with our beer, plus the possibility of ordering another. This made the last 3 minutes of finishing beer/laughing and talking very awkward. The other guys behind the bar were nice so they still got a tip in the jar! Hopefully next time there will be a nicer person with some patience helping us out.

Service isn’t great, some of the staff are nice but I think one of the female managers is very rude. Wish I got her name but she made me not want to come back to this restaurant
