Check your order before leaving - they forget things. They forgot one item from my order, and I only ordered 2 things. In the time I was waiting for my order and eating, 4 other people said they were missing something from their order. They tried charging 16¢ for a cup of water. They hide the drink machine so you can't get refills. One of the sinks in the restroom didn't work, and the other sprayed water everywhere. On the plus side, they have a mini bouldering wall for kids, and once I got the food I ordered, it was good.
Most disrespectful employees I have ever met. Not only did they yell at me.The lady assisting me decided to roll her eyes and ignore me. She then proceeded to walk away. I guess she figured it was easier to ignore me and walk away than to deal with me. As she was walking away I asked her why she was walking away and she screamed at me. I couldn't make out what she said. But she made me and the rest of the customers feel very uncomfortable. She was middle aged and hobbled when she walked. She also wore glasses. I don't know who this lady is but she needs to be fired or something
Well...I don’t normally leave a bad review, I just avoid repeating the experience.I had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at another restaurant, and will not order there again due to the terrible quality. Last night I was tempted to order a crispy chicken sandwich, at your restaurant.Apparently there is false advertising on your menu board. The chicken was nothing like the photo, there was no lettuce, no tomato, and no sauce of any kind, just a dry bun with 2 little pickles.Needless to say, that will be my last trip to your restaurant. I’ve been going there for the past 50 years and have never been this disappointed. Please clean up your act. This was terrible service.
so twice now in order. first order I arder a 4 sandwich 4 hash meal with door dash I get no hash at all.2 I order bacon egg cheese meal and the sandwich has no bacon or cheese just egg and biscuit. I'm done with that place
Always order via mobile app for pickup. Excellent service and happy with this option!!The Mcflurry was only 1/2 full and the rest was whipped cream. The hot fudge sundae, same issue. Soda also 3/4 full and not much ice(that's ok).Food was excellent and tasted fresh!!!!!
If I could give them a negative point I would. 1.They got our drink wrong.2. My sons orange juice had too much syrup.3. Were told to wait around the corner.4. We waited for 30 minutes and had to leave to run an errand.We came back told the lady about having to wait. After explaining to her why we couldn’t come in. She still gives us a rude answer as why we didn’t come in. I hope she gets written up or fired. You don’t talk to customers in that way or form. Maybe she should look for another job. McDonalds seems to hard for her mental capacity. 3/26/22 @ 2:30 pm.
I do not like the new odimation. The poor lady that was working was so worn out from doing three people work. The store can't keep employees hired. The lady that helped us had turned in her two week notice. It is pretty bad when 10 employees leave in the first month the store is reopened. Is it management or is it the employees?? I dont know!
They're decent at best, not only that but they get my order wrong all the time, I don't know why I keep going there I think other people should for their health and their wealth.
Ever since they have opened back up with the new general manager the service has gone drastically downhill. My orders are always wrong. I have to waite over 30 minutes. They loose your order. I complain to the GM herself and she is rude and nothing gets fixed. I don't think she cares.
We ordered our food and man it was a bad experience. First off, we had 2 separate orders and paid for both at the first window. We pulled up to the second window and that's where it went downhill. We got our drinks and were told to pull up to the next window, which we though was odd. We sat at the 3rd window for 15 minutes...after which we called the store and complained that we never got our food. Some very rude lady came to the window and asked what we were waiting on, we told her what we had in our orders. She gave us 1 order first, which had everything. However, the second order was missing 2 small fries, a 4 piece nugget but had the bbq sauce in it. The manager said that he couldn't find pur receipts to see what we had. He gave us the bags with the receipts. It was all in all a very bad experience...needless to say we were mad enough we just didn't go back. Thanks Mcdonalds.
