I had the most wonderfulChimichangaAt Machos in Durango, Co. ,this week week! These people know how to make great food.And I got it to go..still crispy yet tender when I got home...I definitely recommend Machos to anyone looking for great food and great service!

The surf and turf burrito is my fav. My son really enjoyed the Dirty Burrito. Good, fast, and friendly service. Great Mexican food!!!
First time eating there. It was really good. Only thing is I didn't see any chips and salsa or chips and queso on the menu. I had the chili rellano and Taco.
Twice I've had staff be rude to me for the few times I've been in the North location and just unnecessarily too. I've never been so snobily told "we have an online menu" by the cashier on my first visit , like some sort of rude reminder that I should feel stupid for asking if you guys had to-go menus. Today, however, was the last straw. When I made my first order, your staff member/cashier had already inconveniently put up the salsa bar several minutes before closing it seemed, and unenthusiastically said I could just ask her for what I wanted from the put up bar and she could get it, but I hadn't been there in a while and didn't remember what they had, nor did she seem much interested in being asked what was available, and she'd probably expect to be tipped for getting me stuff from the put-up free salsa bar, that shouldn't of been put up until right after closing time anyway. It felt annoying and inconvenient. Then when I was right in the middle of placing my order, she randomly said "we are closing in 2 minutes". I told her I felt she was rude, and she seemed to not understand me or maybe she couldn't hear me clearly (which I wasn't sure if she was being entirely honest about either), and she even made a little of a face at me when I tried to tell her like around the second or third time that she was rude, and I guess she hated finally having to say she was sorry around the 3rd or 4th time, now that she could finally hear me (or just no longer deny it?). The apology looked and felt pretty fake too. And like jeeze, I heard her the first time clearly when she rudely interrupted with her time-up reminder. I'm finding I'm not fond of the customer service at either of your restaurant locations, and I'm never going back to them. Besides, for what's being offered, it's getting rather pricey anyway. And so to me, the point of being a customer has lost its value.
Amazing food, both of us got full for less than $10 each. I plan to make this one of my regular eating places. I will be going to this place for years.
Best burrito in the Durango area
I absolutely love the food... Customer service is absolute s**t. The people that work the register are not friendly at all and it seems like they hate their job. I got left on hold for 10 minutes and I heard the register person take 7 other people's orders before I hung up, tried to call back and the phone was off the hook. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and I'm starting to get fed up with this. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I'm a very patient person and let it slide many times before. Please don't let horrible customer service ruin a restaurant that has great food!
Been coming to this location for several years for lunch many times per week. Staff have been hit or miss for service. Today’s experience was great - the new guy (Jimmy?) was outstanding! He actually brought me my food which was a first.
