They always forget something when I order delivery. I’ve called twice to get refunds on two individual orders because of it. They tell me they’ll reimburse me for the items (both times) and hang up before I can even say thank you. And guess what! They don’t reimburse me. instead of apologizing for forgetting to deliver something that I paid for they sound agitated that I called and requested a refund on that item. I get that asking for a refund for an item under $10 is ridiculous, but I don’t think It’s that’s ridiculous if they forget something almost every time I ordered delivery. The “forgetting to cut the sandwich in half” or “forgetting to add napkins even though I requested them” doesn’t bother me as much as forgetting a drink, pickles, and cookie.
Food us good if they make it correctly. They forgot to put meat on my sandwich. I order online for a quick pick up and go and can't go back to get orders corrected. Times the won't put the sandwich on the to go rack so I still have to wait in line to get it. Too many issues lately. Time for a new sandwich place
This store provides deliver through door dash using their own drivers. With that said I ordered a meal for myself and a friend at 7:30. The app tells me order is complete at 8:50, 10 minutes before they close, that the order is complete. I never received my food and am unable to contact the restaurant because of the time. Not sure if the fault is on Jimmy or Doordash, but I'm upset. No food or 30$edit: I spoke with the location manager who was extremely kind and helpful to my situation. while there was no action she could take directly she did contact doordash and was able to get a refund for the majority of the order. The situation was upsetting, but when i brought it up it was dealt with quickly and professionally.
