Food is always good at Freddy’s, but this location is a bit rougher. The staff didn’t exactly know what they were doing, it took 20 minutes to make a custard. The manager didn’t seem to know how to work the register either. Honestly, nice people though!
Do not eat at this place, every time I go here is so disappointing, the food is absolutely gross and the staff is completely incompetent, I asked for ketchup, they told me it was in the bag, I had to come back and wait in line inside the store to get ketchup. By That time the fries were cold and the hamburger was gross to begin with, just don’t waste your time just go somewhere else!
Was surprised to find the staff very welcoming with about 15 min till closing. Food was served hot and was very tasty! Clerk suggested a few items like the fried cheese curds which turned out to be very good. If ever in Durango I would definitely stop by again.
Took 25+ minutes for me to get my order of ice cream and fries with only 2 cars in front of me. With 5+ people working you’d think it would go a bit faster. Ice cream was pretty melted by the time I got it as well. Pretty ridiculous
It's almost impossible to get the correct order here. There is always something missing or incorrect. Sometimes you can catch it but sometimes you miss and end up with the completely wrong thing. Also sometimes it just doesn't taste up to even normal fast food standards. I have even gotten chicken tenders that weren't fully cooked. It also seems to take an incredibly long time between when you order and when you get your food. But the workers are friendly.
Been to this store multiple times and they usually always get my order wrong. They are always busy and the employees are very slow. Today was especially bad as they upgraded my combo size and charged me even though I specifically said no to the upgrade. Also cheese curds were an oily mess just thrown in the bag. Gross....?
I have been here twice but would have been a more frequent visitor if I lived closer. On the 1st visit we had the Fish & chips. The only disappointment was that I only ordered 3 pieces of fish instead of 4. The fish was completely wonderful! On our 2nd visit their order had been delayed so they were out of fish. That was a major disappointment but we tried the Steak Sandwich California style & I was genuinely surprised. It may be one of the best hamburgers that I have had. I never would have guessed that one of the best burgers would have come from a fast food restaurant.
Finally decided to try this out. I must say it was very disappointing the taller dark haired big bone lady was very rude to start off. Then my order took about 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Lastly the food was not very good I had to look to see if there is even any meat in my hamburger. I will not be eating here again
Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever! We usually love Freddie's but the service at this one was horrible. They took over 20 min to just make 3 ice creams and then the custard was runny. When asked about it they said it's always that way and gave us attitude about making a new one. The second one wasn't much better but we didn't want to keep complaining. Someone else in our party was still waiting for the 3rd custard. They didn't believe us that we did not have the 3rd one yet and kept asking to see the receipt to prove it. After we proved it they made it runny again and even though it was supposed to be the same as the other chocolate custard it had weird chunks and was a different texture. Definitely do NOT recommend this place.
