Come here every time we visit Durango. Friendly people, awesome coffee, options for the kids. 100% Recommend.
Great coffee and very patient and friendly staff
Sure, the coffee, food, and place are all great each time, but today… the staff… AMAZING! I pulled up, one of the ladies had a warm welcoming and asked me how I was. I whimpered “I have a car full of loud children, but I’m making it! How about you?” She sweetly and patiently helped me through organizing our order, got it perfect, completed it quickly, put up with me adding more pastries at the window because I forgot one kid’s order, and what a sweet surprise… a little note on my coffee cup “You’ve got this! Have a great day!” A car full of worn out but happy kids and a nice reminder that I’ll survive the chaos. Huge shout out to the staff today! I really appreciated them! A little extra care means a lot to a worn out mom. ?
If you're Native or poc, guaranteed you'll get looked at by the individuals sitting inside, but this is my first time in Durango during the summer, so it might differ depending on the time of the season.Great coffee tho
This is my favorite coffee shop EVER. Everything they sell is amazing but my all time favorite is the Avalanche with an extra shot of expresso with the Mountain Mudslide coming in a close 2nd.
This Durango joes is my go to, not only cuz it’s nearby stores I tend to go to, but also because they tend to have stuff in stock much longer than other stores in town.
Joe's is always good stuff the lunch sandwichs are pretty good too and it's fast in and out

Super friendly staff that even asked us about our trip. Green hatch Chile burrito was incredible. Don’t let the name fool you . It wasn’t spicy. It was really hot in the foil and I thought “great we’re going to have to wait 30 minutes to eat it”, but it was perfect temperature when I unwrapped after 5 minutes.
I've been 2x now and sorry but cappuccino was awful and cold. Today hot chocolate tasted like powder from bag with hot water poured over it. Probably won't go back.
