The donuts were not fresh. They were a day old at least if not more. I threw mine in the trash. The lemonade tastes like watered down Gatorade. I am definitely not going back. Such a waste of money.
Most negative experience ever. The girl was extremely rude at the drive thru.the rest of the workers seemed like they were in a daze and didn’t know what they were doing at all.Our order was completely wrong and nasty. The coffee was not hot and it did not have creamer in it. The iced coffee was not made to order and had nothing in it that was asked for. The sandwiches we took a bite of and threw them away. The donuts were dry and old. The only thing correct and good was the large ice water. Do not recommend will not return ever!
We've been here twice and they have yet to get my coffee order right, and that's not even a specialty coffee drink, just regular coffee. I guess the first time we were lucky because our coffee and food came out quickly. Today, it wasn't even very busy but it took about 10 minutes to get my small coffee and another 10 minutes for my husband to get his medium coffee. After waiting 30 minutes for our food I heard an employee announce an order of egg bites(finally) and hand them off to a woman who had come in probably 20 minutes after us. I told the employee how long we had been waiting and showed her our receipt. It was obvious they had forgotten the food part of our order. We would still be waiting if I hadn't said anything. I love Durango Joe's and that's where I'll be going from now on.
The young blonde girl who was working the drive thru today was super rude. I should have drove away after she was barking at me that they were sold out of everything. I ordered a small order of what they did have. I politely said thank you and she threw my card and food bag at me and rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Never will I return again. If you don’t like your job then quit, don’t take it out on random people. Nobody is forcing you to work there.
Skip it!!! Went there on 4/4/22 at 8am. We ordered 6 donuts and a cold brew. We were on a road trip so we took it back to our hotel. The donuts were NOT fresh. Had we not been on a tight schedule we would have driven back and returned them, they were that BAD!!! We heated up the 2 boston cream donuts in the microwave so they would soften up. The remaining donuts went into the trash! When we got back from our trip we notified DD via their customer service department and Becca with DD replied back that they would notify the Durango store and someone would reach out. Today is 4/25 and still nothing. What a waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and hit up another bakery, lots of better options out there and for sure better customer service!!
I used to LOVE Dunkin Donuts but I am over it!! It is has become a regular thing to go out there for a cream filled donut and get them with NO FILLING at all! I called to let them know and they apologized and said if I came back they would give me a free half dozen. When I went back out to get the half dozen only 2 out of 6 had ANY filling at all!! I am done with Dunkin Donuts!! It used to be a guilty pleasure now its nothing more than a waste of time, money and energy!! Giving them up has become a simple task!!
The manager is extremely exceptional and does her job well, very helpful and really nice. Blondie cashier is extremely rude, id be willing to leave my job so you all dont have to deal with her.
The first time we made the trip over to get donuts they were very good. Now our second and third time they have been awful, stale and the cream filled has nothing in them. Will not be going back
Last Chance was just used up, never again!I always use the inside counter.1)After 5 "will be with you in just a minute" by a number of the staff, I left after 10mins with nothing.2)My order got placed, I got donuts, waited 10 minutes for my hot chocolate while watching the order screen for the drive-in, my drink kept getting shuffled to the bottom and then it disappeared.3)All I wanted was the last apple fritter, no drink. Every time I got the "be with you in a minute" I said "I just want the last fritter" Well someone in the drive up got it after waiting 6 minutes (yes I timed it).The drive through is the priority even though getting what you ordered appears to rare. I watch the cars in line and have rarely beaten them using the counter, something is really wrong at this business.I expect it to be out of business soon3 strikes your out forever !!! !I was a very loyal Dunkin Donuts customer back east.Never have I seen a worst run operation in my life (67 yrs old).Some negative numbered stars are needed for this outfit.
Asked for a dozen assorted donuts, recieved a dozen of all the same just a few with a different filling. That isn't assorted. I could hear the employees scoffing and complaining through the drive up microphone. When I asked the employee to put my cash in the tip jar from the window she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed she had to do something. It's a dunkin disaster and I won't waste my money there anymore.
