I ordered a pizza for delivery thru the app and the pizza was so under cooked it was doughy in the middle. So disappointing since I love dominos so much. Hunter gave me a coupon to use for a free pizza next time. Cashed that in today on a 2 topping med pizza...when pizza was delivered it was covered in green chile..as much as anyone else around this area would love that, I DO NOT and will not eat that so unfortunately the poor driver had to go back to the store to try to fix my issue and get my new pizza....I won't be ordering again although that hurts my heart, this is a bit ridiculous over pizza...being a former manager of multiple dominos on the east coast...i am seriously disappointed with the experience I've had with this dominos in durango... their quality control seriously needs to be stepped up.
This place is run by complete idiot’s!!! Not only are they lying about the delivery and delays but they took my credit card number and bought gas with it. I am in the process of pressing charges. If you don’t want your credit card info given away don’t do business with this store!
Online was easy the only thing when I was ordering one out of three pizzas were free then it switched up to make me pay for it. I don’t mind paying for the pie but they shouldn’t tease people with the word free then take it back other then that great staff good food
Pizza was not cooked . Call back to speak to manger was put on hold for 10 minutes. When the line disconnected. Call back the person said the Manger would call me back still waiting. This was high priced for food was not cooked. Poor customer service ? disappointing.
I ordered pizzas to be delivered to a work site where I had workers, to be delivered at a specific time. It was delivered on time, no fuss! Thank you, Durango Domino's?
Awesome store. We placed a very last minute, large order, and they were able to complete it incredibly fast.
We’ve never had problems. Always great service. Friendly and kind. Order has always been correct…and we’ve made dozens of orders over the years!
They claim the college has rules that it does not. I enforced rules at the college for 5 years, I would know. Wendys, Applebee's, Dennys, etc. does contactless delivery to the Apartment complex on Campus. There is not a special rule that only applies to Domino's that does not allow them to do contactless delivery to the Apartment complex on campus. Sort it out.
The have messed up my order on multiple occasions. I kept trying because they are closer to me then pizza hut but after 2 of their managers were rude to me I gave up going there.
These guys are just not with it and over priced to boot
