For our wedding we wanted a traditional look but with a better taste than regular cake. They did a wonderful job with making my ice cream wedding cake! It was so delicious and looked perfect for our big day. Thank you so much!
So a friend stopped by for some ice cream, parked in the wrong parking space and was threatened by a cold stone employee and a manager with pepper spray because he asked the manager to back up a couple feet (she was double parked) so he could leave, she adamantly refused and threatened calling the cops. Really? All that over parking. I'm thinking threatening someone with pepper spray without due cause is assault and maybe she needs to have a talking to. Either way I wouldn't recommend eating at a hostile environment, especially when a little girl is threatening customers with pepper spray.
Service was great until we found a hair in our chocolate ice cream. Very disappointed. Workers need to wear hair nets!
We ordered ahead and the ice cream was ready and waiting for us, tasted great as always. Just be sure to go straight to the register and flag someone down so you don't have to wait in the line. Great way to avoid the unmasked crowd ;)
We stopped here twice while touring the old downtown section. It's a small location but the staff did their best to make sure we went aware happy with our selection and we did!

Online offerings for pick up were not the same as what was available in the store. Specifically banana ice cream. Young girls inside had little personality and seemed bothered when we asked questions.
When you are suppose to be open until 10pm, you should stay open until 10pm. It does not take much time to serve and without a manager the employees are closing shop early to get out early. Very disappointing!
This person took the time to explain all the different ways to mix different ice creams together! The few other times that we visited a Cold Stone before the wait staff just asked what toppings do we want and never explained the other offerings. Had one of the best ice cream flavor experiences ever! Thanks for doing your job right!
