DELICIOUS! As a vegan finding good food while traveling is sometimes challenging!! The quinoa patty was amazing!! Sweet service, good beer and a great Patio!
LOVED Carver! The beer & root beer were excellent. The burgers are the best in town! We went back a second time just to be sure and yup delicious. The beer garden has a fun atmosphere for families.

The photos make the food look better than it was. My husband requested his burger be cooked to medium and he was told that they are all cooked the same- - it came back blackened and well done. I had a dinner salad that would have been the size of a side salad anywhere else. Dessert we ordered the skillet cookie and it was precooked and cold and didn’t even melt the ice cream on top. Overpriced for low average food.
This place was amazing. Great food and beer for sure. The outside patio was soooo cool to sit at and the kids had a blast! So glad we stopped in.
This was one of my best meals in Durango. The Bavarian pretzels are amazing! The broccoli cheddar soup was the best I've ever had. My son's burger looked delicious and the fries were excellent! Service by Levi was friendly and fast. I will definitely come back if I'm ever back in Durango.
Excellent meal and beer at Carver Brewing Co. We came in on Father's Day and even while being on a wait they got us a table in about 20 minutes. The service was great, friendly and quick. Our food came out surprisingly fast and was delicious! Next time we are in Durango we will stop in for a brew.
On a Monday night, most restaurants close early (8p.m.) but Carver’s stays open a little later. The kitchen closes at 9p.m. We arrived at 8:30 pm and when I asked the host if we were too late to order food; he was very accommodating and stated it would not be a problem. We had great service, drinks and food.

Food was pretty good - didn’t rock our world but was a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Service was great - we had a fab server named Evans…loved sitting in the beer garden.
