The burger i had was really tasty and service was great! They only had one guy working the bar taking orders and serving, but he was on point with everything! The wings looked really good!
Food was really good. Wife loved the onion rings. Bar keep (took our orders) was very welcoming.
CJ is absolutely the best. Always has a smile on his face and is friendly. Even when he was bartending and serving everyone their food. He remember to check in on each table and we didn't have a problem with food. We even went two night in a row.
Tasty, interesting, and fresh! We had a regular burger and a veggie burger - yummmm!!!! Best meat substitute burger I've ever had, hands down!!! We brought it up to our room so the room smelled WONDERFUL for a while after with the savory aromas and it was a nice treat just to smell the smells. The fries were a nice texture tossed in a not-too-strong spice mixture - hit the spot in combination with the rest. It was a little understaffed while we were there (it was still during the pandemic), but the staff that was there was accommodating, kind, and helpful. Awesome service and delicious, well-prepared food!!! Even if we don't stay at the hotel, I'm going to remember the restaurant for the next time we are in Durango and try to eat there again!
Drew our server was the bartender the host the food server and was utterly outstanding. I tipped him 30%. Food was awesome.
Outstanding service!!!! We dined here two nights in a row during our Durango stay. Both nights there was one employee working as a host, server, and bartender. Not sure where the other employees were but this guy rocked his roles! Our food was fantastic! Under the circumstances it wouldn’t have surprised me if something about our order had been messed up but everything was perfect and timely. If you’re looking for amazing service and fantastic food during your Durango stay, Burger Theory is the place to see!
Bartender serves as waitstaff as well as pouring all the drinks for the entire restaurant. Trying his best but way overworked. Took my Crispy Chicken Salad to go and this is what I received. No tomatoes, no cucumber, just greens and chicken pieces.
We stayed at the hotel and went down to the bar for food and drinks. CJ was awesome the drinks were amazing. We had Bloody Mary's and Long Island Iced Tea. Burgers were delicious and the onion ring were great! Highly recommend!
I’ve eaten here several times, and the staff are always friendly and attentive. CJ and Drew have come to remember me by name and drink (sweet tea without ice). Koric, one of the cooks, always makes the best wings, and his cheesadilla and burgers are superb!
