These guys just can't get it together. From absolute failure in order entry (3 people had to try their luck at punching in "no ketchup" on half of an order), through assembly failure (no ketchup on anything), to overcharging and short changing. Then the food was old and dried out. They almost deserve 1 star, but at least they handed me something similar to my order.I've been all over this country, and I think I've now found the nation's worst Burger King.
Horrible customer service and they don’t understand what you order. We ordered a medium fry with our order and when we went back and told them they insisted we didn’t order fries over and over again until we left
Only one in line they would answer intercom so drove to window. They acted put out to take my order. Two cold burgers and drinks are flat no carbonation. Worst meal ever. The meat was so cold. Charbroiled????? If you don't like you job leave. Management should do something about service and food quality...
The wait for fast food, was a little long. Customer service was good and the building was clean. I was a little disgusted by the staff and cleanliness. One person went outside to take food to a drive through customer, had gloves on, touched the door handles and wiped her head and came in and went back to handle food, no new gloves. You have to use tokens for the bathroom if you need it. The cashier was in charge of collecting the tokens from the bathroom as it appeared they only have a few tokens. The cashier did this in between customers, again never changing gloves, would take money and give food.
Good food. Short on food choices. You guys are ALWAYS out of something!!!Worst place to try and get out of,you can't turn left then it's very difficult to find a place to turn around.
At what point - did you think it was ok to serve food like this?Riding the Durango Cascade Canyon Train and stopped at BK for a quick breakfast sandwich.The line took longer than expected as the truck in front of us was a frequent customer and was chatting at the window. We were early so no big deal.To be clear - we were not expecting the best breakfast sandwich ever. Let’s be real. It’s fast food. I get that. However, it should have at LEAST been edible.We opened our wrappers….1See attached photo - who eats this?
Traveling through town to Arizona around lunchtime. Staff were incredibly rude, this location is one of the most unclean and ran down I have seen. For a place such as Durango I was pretty disappointed. The food was disgusting and gave gave my parents and I upset stomachs.
The employee that assisted us in the drive thru was pretty abrasive and unfriendly. Unfortunately did not get her name, but she seemed like she'd like to be doing anything else but working.
These guys don't listen, said no onions an still gave me onions.
We waited awhile in the drive through but our order was right and the employees were friendly
