It was a quieter place to hang out for beer & some light food while in Durango. Not as busy as all the other places. Our food was good, beer was cold, wait staff was on top of things outdoors where we sat. We watched the rafters go by on the river. Just a cool pretty spot to lounge & one TV outside also.

Surprised to find excellent meal in the hotel. Lovely view of the river. Attentive and helpful server Heidi. We had ice cold beers, fresh green salads, crispy sweet potato fries and a super burger and fish tacos. Very reasonably priced.
Located in a hotel, this lounge overlooks the Animas River. It seems to be connected to the restaurant as well. He ordered a beer and we went and sat on the balcony even though it was slightly chilly. I wanted to look at the river flowing through the town. There were ducks fishing for their dinner and the trees with their leaves changing. Idyllic. The server was friendly and amiable. There were some people having a meal and as we left we saw others sitting down. Will have to check out the food next time. It was a pleasant and relaxing rest.

Wait staff were friendly, but waiting an hour for food that came out wrong and cold is ridiculous. Went in hungry and left hungry. Happy Birthday to me! Won't be going back!
This was our 2nd visit. It's located right on the river trail. The service was exceptional. The menu is somewhat limited but the food is very good. Highly recommend.
