If you like chocolate, you will LOVE this place! Just walking in the doors makes me smile. The smell of chocolate, the ambiance, and the smiling staff, makes my heart smile. The chocolate is amazing and the presentation is divine. (Tip! Save your box and bring it back for a refill and you will get a free chocolate!) Their coffee and hot chocolate is delicious. I love being able to walk to the back of the store and see the chocolates being made. A true gem of a place!
Great local coffee spot. The Mexican mocha was delicious, chocolatey with some heat. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And they give out a sample of their drinking chocolate while you look around.
This place is awesome. We stopped in to buy some chocolates and were greeted by one of the friendly attendants who offered us a sample of the hot chocolate. The best ever! The truffles are beautiful works of art. We bought a box to send as a gift. Our server gave us the “tour” of the different types so we could choose the ones we wanted and then boxed them for us. We elected to have them ship them for us and they arrived within 2 days. The recipient was delighted. Wonderful products, fun experience, excellent service.
This place was amazing and decadent. Their hot chocolate made on site was by far the best hot chocolate I've ever had and their coffee was even better. My husband had an Irish coffee and it too was delicious. We had to go back a couple of times during our stay, we just couldn't get enough. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like old time friends, they took time and talked with my kiddos, got to know them and entertained their curiosity. What a warm welcoming experience.
Group of 12 was there late Friday afternoon oh boy did we have the Most friendly and welcoming ever! We wished we could have stayed longer, joked and had a blast with the staff.very knowledgeable about the products. We almost tried everything. Hot chocolate is YUMMY! Rich and perfect amount of sweet. There is almond milk options. “Not that Karen” will be back for sure!!
Chocolates and hot chocolate are amazing and the staff is super frinedly and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping in whenever you are in Durango.
The customer service was incredible, the truffles were expertly crafted, the mocha was so enjoyable and naturally wonderful, and the ham & cheese croissant was a winner. Excited to go back.
Stopped in to have some hot chocolate on a chilly day, and it was probably the best hot chocolate I've ever had! The kids got the peppermint hot chocolate while my husband and I got La Bandita Express. It was the perfect amount of spice.
Customer Service is Second to None. Awesome people! Great coffee and gifts. More than just chocolate available. Must see in Durango!
We stopped in just for a few chocolates and had the most welcoming and friendly experience I think we have ever had. All of the staff was extremely friendly, and genuinely happy to help. We were offered free samples, and detailed explanations of all the chocolates they had. Everyone was so helpful, accommodating, and friendly to our family. Aside from the excellent customer service, their beverages are beautifully crafted and delicious. The chocolate is top notch and made with care. This place is the best chocolate company I have ever tried. Stop in for an amazing experience and some tasty chocolate and/or coffee.
