It was a terrific experience. The food was excellent. The servers were very good and responsive to requests. So e minor issues, but Iâm sure it was the result of the staffing issues all retail is experiencing. Strange that they went out of the way to ask if our visit was for a special occasion; it was a birthday dinner, but no desert or scoop of ice cream. Not that it was expected, but do they want to know the occasion?

636 Main (formerly Ken & Sue's) is one of our favorite dining spots in Durango. As a local, we've found the service top notch, excellent food and presentations, and a good value. Back patio is can be busy, but well laid out and relaxing. Indoor dining is nice in the winter.
The hostess was amazing, our server could not have been nicer and the steaks and sides were gourmet⦠we eat at some of the nicest steakhouses in Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and your food was as good or better⦠simply amazing

We both enjoyed our meals at 636 Main. I had a terrific Chinese chicken salad. It was filled with crunchy fresh napa cabbage, red peppers and carrot slivers. The ginger dressing was light, tangy and refreshing.
Too much of a good thing. Portions were gigantic and too much sauce and dressing. Appetizers were the size of entrees. Service was nice but rushed. People were being served their entrees when they had barely started eating their oversized salads. If they cut the portions in 1/2 it would still be too much food ....
636 is a great restaurantâquality food, reasonable prices, good service, and exceptional ambiance!

Dannie our server was wonderful. Food was excellent only issue is that I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and my husband ordered the wedge but there was confusion as to when he wanted the wedge. Loved the cosmo and martini!
