Legit sandwich spot! Staff is really friendly and will offer suggestions if you need it. Huge sandwich selection with a lot of variety. The homemade chips are really good! I recently got the truffle fries, which were good. Also tried the Wanderlust sandwich, which had a great blend of flavors.
The loaded tater tots were crispy and smothered in cheese, jalapeño, and bacon bits. But I think the bread on the sandwich was the highlight of my meal, as it had the perfect texture and flavor. The downside is that they serve Pepsi products (don’t be fooled by the Stubborn brand as it is also Pepsi). On the plus side, they serve beer and plain water so you can avoid the shame of drinking Pepsi.
Driving by and couldn’t decide where to go for lunch when we saw this restaurant. Pulled into the small parking lot in front shared by all the businesses in this row and parked right up front. He ordered the Epiq Italian and I went with the Green Mountain Eggs and Ham because of the name obviously. Because I don’t like ham. The server gave us a number and told us they’d bring our meals to us when it was ready. He was friendly and helpful. They had a lot of take out orders and a few dine in so it took a little bit for our meals to be prepared. But then they came. So I didn’t know about their house made chips. Next time I’m getting those. I could have eaten a whole meal or just those. So delish. Crispy and crunchy and well seasoned. The grilled sourdough bread was toasted on my sandwich which gave it a nice crunch and the pork green Chile dipping sauce was tasty. Just enough heat and not overpowering. Complemented the eggs, hatch green chilies, cheddar cheese and shaved ham well. Not a lot of ham in large pieces which was nice for me. Tasty. And more filling than I thought. Have to come again to try something else.
Ordered what was labeled as a chicken Philly cheesesteak , but think they missed the mark on this one . Bread looked good though
SO many awesome sandwich options, it was hard to choose! I got sandwiches for my office, and everyone raved about their sandwich choice. I love being able to choose different flavors for the tots at no extra charge, the truffle tots were crispy and seasoned perfectly. We'll be back!
The sandwiches are soooooo dang good! I just had a sub stacked Italian and it was delicious! The truffle tots are AMAZING! Thank you for the delish lunch!

Reviews are correct. Great place. I had the telluride and my husband had the hot chicken. Both were excellent. Tots were great too. Staff was friendly and a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
Great salad options! And super quick for pick up.
