both of my servers were absolutely awesome. So very kind and helpful.Both Chris and Kimberly are the absolute best, and have become my fave people here at Sheraton downtown. Come see them.

location is great; atmosphere is excellent; staff accommodating. Music loud; some mix-up about the sides and if they are included or not which cost my friend $4. Whiskey salmon was good but the vegetables that came with it were legit. Full carrots and artisinal carrots. It was great. I would recommend it.

Food was mediocre, sat on the shelf while the wait staff yacked, and both the wait staff and manager were nasty and insulting when we complained. They ruined the food reheating in a microwave and let it go cold a second time around by letting it sit. And the food and drinks are grossly overpriced. You can get better food and service at McDonald's.

I wasn’t expecting this visit to amount to much after I stood at the front for 10 minutes waiting for the hostess to realize I was there - standing literally right in front of her. My take out food was t ready so I went to the bar for a glass of wine while I waited. The woman next to me finished her zoodle dinner and loved it so much, she ordered another to take to her hotel room with the hopes I’d heating it up for lunch tomorrow. Because of that, she asked for the sauce on the side. Moments later, the chef came out to personally explain that the sauce was used to cook the noodles and she couldn’t do sauce on the side. But this chef was genuinely interested in trying to help her and they chatted about possibilities for the zoodle dish for about 5 minutes. The chef then went and created her magic and personally delivered the food to the woman next to me. In everything that the restaurant industry has gone through this past year, I was extremely impressed but the hospitality and genuine love for her craft that this chef displayed! Maybe she can train the hostess team to have that same hospitality ;-)
Amazing food, reasonably priced, great atmosphere and open late! Our waiter Casey was the best!!
