Get the salmon entree!
Pretty good food but small portions. Waiter also sort of led a friend into ordering a side of tiny tortillas that cost five bucks without mentioning the extra charge. 1.25 each, like what? Overall a bit too expensive for what you get but a nice variety of shareable food.
Really incredible meal - everything was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had the Colorado lamb, which was ever so slightly tough but a quality lamb. We also ordered the goat cheese mac and cheese (an incredible idea), the massive attack salad, the blue corn empanadas and the spicy garlic braised greens, which surprisingly was probably my favorite. I’ve never liked sautéed greens as much as these. Everything was great, will definitely be back.
Great food without all the fufu and reasonable fare. Highly recommend, casual fun atmosphere and good service. A modest but accommodating menue selection of superbly prepared portions. Wonderful unique concept for a satisfying and enjoyable experience. Recommend lamb, trout and sweet potato fries.
Food was amazing! Had Lamb and Chicken, Plantains, Sweet Potato Fries, everything was delicious! Will absolutely be back and bring back friends to enjoy! Ate the food too fast to get proper pictures ?
The service was amazing and fast. the food, even more amazing. My companion is pescatarian and it was so easy to find delicious options on the menu. Also true for vegans, keto and gluten free (though not celiac). The food is simple with amazing seasoning. We got deep fried trout (tender and flaky), fried plantains, roasted veggies with chimichurri, jalapeno cornbread, Mac and goat cheese and the empanada starter. It was all delicious. Couldn't choose a favorite. it's served family style, but you could each order your own easily. This restaurant is bustling with an open kitchen. Matches the hip neighborhood is in. I can't wait to go back with others.
I recently moved to Denver and was looking for a spot by work in the RINO to have an early dinner. I found the place! W&C hit the mark on food, service and decor. The menu looks really good and it delivered. Lamb poutine, shrimp and grits, rotisserie chicken and carrot cake were great, and that list was a perfect meal for two. I’ll be back.
Amazing food and staff. Only thing that could’ve made it better is a little more wiggle room; the tables were pretty packed together.
