I’ve been to this location several times and my experiences have always been good with the exception of this last time. The product I ordered, which was the OG add peanut butter, did not meet the high quality standards of my previous experiences. I brought this to Alli’s attention and the issue was resolved beyond my expectations.I will definitely continue to frequent this establishment
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store, so much so that I am posting a Google review (which I never do). I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my order, half of my food was cold by the time it was given to me, I had to leave before my entire order was ready (so I left without all of my food), and no one acknowledged or apologized for any of these things. I noticed that the folks working were spread thin with the number of customers they had to deal with, but I still felt frustrated with the lack of communication. To make matters worse, I contacted a community manager via email about my experience and stated that I want to cancel my Sol Club membership, and that manager responded seven days later affirming that my membership was canceled but completely ignored my grievances about this in-store experience. Further, that manager only responded to my email because I reached out via Whole Sol's general contact email address several days later fearing that I would be trapped in this membership that I did not want. I was shocked by this level of customer service, especially since I was testing out their Sol Club membership. .

Today was my first time in and I was not disappointed! Kristina and Hunter gave me their full attention and welcomed me in. They told me the deal of the day and I was surprised to get a smoothie for $6! Great customer service!
I’ve had tofu scrambled before here & it was okay. I went by yesterday to try the sammie toast. Immediately disappointed. I’m vegan so this is the closest vegan place. The toast smelled bad, & it had a hair in it. I tried my best not to throw up. The blue dream drink was also awful. I spent 17$ just to throw it all away. It really ruined my appetite & day .
Love this place! It gets a little pricy but you are paying for super quality ingredients and good quantities. I order the same things every time, the I like you matcha bowl! It’s light and perfect. My only complaint is that they have forgotten to add my protein on 2 of 6 occasions, you can definitely tell by the sweetness, and once forgot to add almond butter. Since it’s already expensive, I do feel frustrated paying extra for something I didn’t get. Overall I still highly recommend. Best trick I found is having them put the granola for the bowls on the bottom, love it that way. Also recommend the app to get points! Should have gotten it sooner!

Super friendly guys working there! Unfortunately coffee lid leaked all over my lap and my cup holder. The OG bowl so sweet with way too much honey. They pile the stuff all on top including a very runny peanut butter that you end up with plain açaí in the bottom. Definitely not the best açaí bowl at all. Won’t be going back. Too expensive for not the greatest.
The store decor was beautiful. They were wearing masks and Their ingredients were fresh. I would recommend for their exclusive bol (bowl) smoothie.
Apparently everything has coconut so if you exclude it on your order you will just get a blob of practically nothing. Over priced & lacks flavor.First time we had plastic chunks in our food (they refunded) second time i went with the chile which just tasted like tomato sauce. Third time was missing half the ingredients (coconut) which was ordered identical to the first time we ordered. Would be helpful if ingredients were listed on the website.They are way too inconsistent for me to try a fourth time.Update - received response to my review 9 MONTHS later. Have not been back and will not support this place.
