I went in a week or so ago on an errand, I was really in a hurry and got my food there. they were so fast they gave me my 4for4 and frosty before I finished paying!!! It was also good except for the chicken nuggets... I think 4for4 should discontinue the chicken nuggets, they are never good anywhere, and they wont let me remove it from my order... 4for4 is probably the only reason the chicken nuggets ever sell, theyd save money if they just stopped serving them. The fries they served were spectacular, they made sure to remove the pickle, and the drink was good too, I like the seasonal strawberry but I'd prefer if they dropped the chocolate instead of the vanilla.
The bathrooms were dirty nasty. Then the wait to get our food was long. Josiah gave good serves just had to wait for the food to cook. The ice machines were empty and overall was not very clean.
Fries were fresh. But their chicken filets are being served WAY longer than their proper hold times. Chicken is almost as hard as a rock.
It was very busy at 12pm lunchtime rush so I understand you need to make things go fast. I would rather wait few minutes more than have something that doesn't taste what it used to. I love Wendy's fries but the ones I got today were not that good.
I literally just went into this restaurant ordered three frosties and a sandwich with cheese on it and drove home in 90°+ weather and the chicken was cold n it didn't even melt the cheese by the time I got home
Wendy's like always is one of my favoritesThis happened to be in Denver. And as always it did not disappoint me. The food was hot ( really hot ) I knew it had been cooked right then. I pretty much hate when I get some food and it's not quite warm but not really cold. Well I have not had that happened at any Wendy's
I don’t like writing poor reviews. I have avoided this location for quite a while due to poor quality and lackluster service in the past. I was really craving chili and a baked potato tonight so off I went..I ordered a baked potato with bacon & cheese (spoiler alert: this is the only thing they made properly), a large chili, medium frosty and a large diet Dr Pepper for an office co-worker. The frosty was the wrong size and they argued about giving the proper size as listed on the receipt. When I got back to the office I noticed that the “large chili” was only 3/4 full and the crackers had trashed packaging, with some being already opened. The large DDP was not the right drink. It was some poorly calibrated sugared drink that was undrinkable for my diabetic coworker. I had also mentioned to them that the prices they were charging for their drinks were not the same as on their menu board (there was a 10.38% price difference). Their poorly trained window persons response was “prices are going up everywhere, it’s call inflation”. Frankly I don’t give two shakes what you charge but be accurate with what you post and drop your pathetic attitude. There is a reason why I have avoided this location for more than 2 years. No thank you. Not again…
On June 10th 2022 I had the worst customer service experience store hours are to close at 1:00 am at 12:40 am was told I cant order through drive thru only online orders and with me working nights it's one of my favorite places to stop by to get lunch will no longer be buy anything from them with night supervisor making up any rules day to day. If I could rate my experience it would be 0 stars hope management or owner reads there customers reviews regularly.
Food was good, and quick. But would it hurt to be pleasant? And at least say thank you. Made me feel I imposed upon them with a 2 item order.
Showed up ten minutes before they closed and waited in the drive through and got to the order before closing and got told they took their last order the car before us and the time wasn’t closing yet. Politely asked if I could get food and the girl snapped and said we had to leave and she didn’t care what time it was and she refused to serve us and she wanted to go home
