I'm from Flint, Michigan and other than this place I have yet to find anywhere but this place that's got good... Or great soul-food rather outside of Flint or in Florida! Great food, incredible service, and all around amazing place to go!!! I highly recommend it!
Mrs Kimberly Louis you are the best female account manager so far, everything about you is trusted and reliable I'm very sorry I doubted you at first, nevertheless it was because of the bad experience I have faced so far from the hands of scammers, but thankfully you have proven to me that you are not one of them keep up your good work . I'm still surprised how you turn my $2000 into $16,000 in just 7days of trading, you can Contact Mrs Kimberly Louis via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp + 1 (860) 556‑3122
Service was great; the wait time was long, but they were swamped. The family business has outgrown that location. Our food was delicious, my complaints are that the cornbread was hard, and so was the crust on the Peach Cobbler
Filled with pride and great home style cooking, this restaurant will welcome you with southern charm and fill your belly with some of the best southern cooking this far north. Everything here is dine with love.
This 40 year institution in the historic black community, is food for the Soul! They need our help in remaining a staple in the community! The food was " slap yo mama good" the service was down home "you family here baby". I learned so much about the community from the owner. A beautiful soul!
This is the very best soul food cafe in Denver and a landmark in the historic Five Points neighborhood. Family-owned for over 40 years, you simply must try their amazing fried chicken, catfish, smothered pork chops, jerk chicken, pates, red beans & rice, blackeyed peas & peach cobbler. PLEASE support this Black-owned business so that they can move to their new location and continue to thrive!
the fried chicken is the best!! friendly workers
This place smells like all the amazing food my grandma used to make. Here, you're treated like a treasured family member. I had the fried chicken, fried okra, seasoned fries, and cornbread. Good food takes time, and the brief wait was well worth it! I look forward to coming back.
If you're looking for a space to eat where you'll feel like one of the family members this is the place! Our Server was warm, welcoming, friendly, and very hospitable. The food is Grade A soul food: well seasoned, cooked to order, and succulent beyond imagination! I had the fried cabbage: grade A; fried chicken: so good I wanted to eat the bone! It's been a long time since I've had restaurant soul food cooked this good!Go on and get you a plate!
