Bahn mi tacos are to die for!
Great vegetarian/vegan options. We really enjoyed the Cobb Salad (great, big portion), Banh Mi tacos, and Korean Stir Fry. The Korean BBQ "wings" were a little overdone (maybe they're supposed to be crispy?). Loved that sparkling water is on tap!! There's outdoor, semi outdoor, and indoor seating options. There's also a small playground for kids.
We have been coming to Vital Root many times. The food is great and so are the employees. However, prices have been raised quite a bit and are too high for a fast casual restaurant. We had the Pad Thai and just adding Tofu shouldn’t cost an extra $4
Holy plant based absolute deliciousness flavor town!! Have to get the veggie Korean wings. Such a tasty spot!
It was hard for me to stop ordering! Everything was very good.Food: 10/10. I tried 4 different things (2 off the happy hour menu) and it was all so good. It was a beautiful late winter day, and we sat outside. Our food was brought in cool bowls and containers. They have a vast vegan menu. The Risotto was one of the best things I've eaten. I also got the sweet potato fries with their house-made ketchup - perfect. Fast service and nice people.
This place is cozy . The food is delicious but very spicy. The beet brownie dessert is awesome! Very very very delicious! Excellent vegan alternative.
This is one of my favourite vegan restaurants in the area. I recommend their yucca fries. They offer a unique food & drink menu including crafted cocktails. There are a lot of seating options both indoors and outdoors. The back patio is mostly closed in with heaters so it stays warm in the winter, and the front patio is nice for bringing your pet and people-watching. This restaurant’s location is wonderful because it is directly next to other businesses including a cat cafe, ice cream shop, other restaurants, and locally-owned shops.
I am not vegan , but family members are. While visiting Denver, we were excited to find Vital Root. Everything we ate was absolutely fabulous. My vegan family members ate every meal there while they were in town for two days and loved every menu item they tried.
This place has the perfect comfort food for the ingredients and price! I am grateful for this place staying open during a time where Healthy eating is vital! I appreciate you all!
