Excellent little wine bar. Beautifully decorated. The owner goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. :)
This spot is definitely a gem for Denver. After searching high and low for a wine bar in Denver with amazing wine and staff that actually knew wine, we found our place! Jenn, the owner is fantastic and knowledgeable, as well as Mellanie, the somm. We joined the wine club the same night. You will not be disappointed - hands down best wine bar in Denver!
Vin Rouge has the best wine, atmosphere, and people! One of my favorite places to hang out!

This place was awesome. We were visiting from Texas and the ladies here were so nice and really took the time to explain all the wines, have conversations, let me taste before pouring me a whole glass. They had great snacks - we had popcorn, aged cheddar and chocolate. I wish I asked for their names so I could put them in this review but they were great. I would definitely recommend and if I come back to Denver, I will make another reservation for here!
We enjoyed the Spanish flight—it was interesting and varied. The Burgundy flight was delicious too. It was fun to compare 2 Chablis and 2 Pinot Noir. Melanie and Jenn are knowledgeable and so nice. We love Vin Rouge!

Vin Rouge is absolutely adorable inside with beautiful finishes and attention to detail. Then add the amazing wine lists coupled with the comprehensive wine knowledge from Jenn, the owner, and you are in for a real treat. Whether you're a wine connoisseur or not, you'll be delighted at the many offerings they have, but do yourself a favor and ask Jenn for recommendations and you will NOT be disappointed. Jenn will help guide you by asking you simple questions about what you like in an approachable (and non-pretentious) way that may lead to something you've never tried or didn't know you liked. This is an absolute gem of a neighborhood wine bar and the best you will find in town. It's a great spot for date night, girl's night out, grabbing a glass of wine with friends, or just sitting at the bar by yourself as you experience amazing wines in a beautiful space.
I was excited to try it, after hearing about it recently. We walked over after dinner in the neighborhood, but got turned away (after sitting at what seemed like open seats for a couple minutes) for not having a reservation. The bartender said two other seats were available, but there was a reserved sign. A weird, confusing interaction - so we left. Probably won't be back.
