Has been several years since I've been here. Tonight was busy! The restaurant was short staffed with bussers and servers, the wait was 1 hour so we sat at the Bar. The food was good, my pizza was not delivered hot but it was nice and warm and delicious. My Caesar Salad was good as well. Nice restaurant, fun environment. Arrive early, or outside of peak hours, or just be prepared to wait if you can't sit at the Bar. Enjoy! CAB☺️
Yummy spinach and artichoke dip. Service was also great. I got the Mediterranean chicken over mashed potatoes and the roasted veggies. It was delicious. My boyfriend got the deepdish with sausage and pepperoni and he was not a fan. Not because it was bad, it was just not his preference. The sauce was not sweet at all, too acidic for his taste. It had a very and almost too strong herbaceous flavor. Definitely still recommend for some delicious food.
I’ve been waiting for years to try this restaurant the one time I went and visited Chicago the wait was so long I was not able to dine there and capture the experience. Wow what an opportunity to do so while spending a quick weekend in Denver! The server was very friendly and attentive. The deep dish pizza was to die for! We also enjoyed the dip as an appetizer as well!
Had the Prima pepperoni deep dish lunch special which came with a Cesar salad ,also got the pizza skin appetizer and a ruby red sangria, a little sweet for my taste but was still pretty good . No complaints for this visit.
Not the best pizza to supposedly be like a Chicago Deep dish. They are definitely better in Chicago than what they produce at this location.
It's simply the best. Better than all the rest!
Nice clean building and great food. Enjoyed a weekday dinner here! Atmosphere was super relaxed and quiet for a Thursday evening.
Absolutely fantastic. Much better then my expectation. I had the cheese and broccoli soup, delicious. Ceasar salad. Beyond good. I will be returning soon.
We live in Boulder and take out 6 uncooked deep dish individual cheese pizza's approximately every couple of months. We freeze them in their boxes and add some additional sauce to them that they give us - We drive 40 minutes and call them from the car while traveling there - We are never disappointed and my husband is from Chicago and I am from New York. We definitely recommend them. If we are lucky we get to see Roland who is their manager.
We had such a great experience! Got the family deal carry out with a thin pizza and it was HUGE with a big box of wings and cheese bread. They even included sauces for dipping and carrots and celery. The employees were SO kind and friendly, the pizza was done much faster than we thought, so much food for so little $, and decorated cute for Christmas! Recommend!
