Very disappointed in United club west service in Denver. When traveling for more than 24 hrs and they restrict entry it just leaves a very sour taste to be loyal to them. Definitely will consider options on next trip.

Very busy place, even after the holiday crowds! (Due to the Polaris club being renovated).Well staffed! nothing ever was not replenished!Great taco and salad bar.Chicken and tuna wraps were just the right amount. And of course the United signature chocolate chip cookies! The bar tender was very gregariousand made great drinks!

It was very nice! If you have a layover for more than few hours definitely get yourself a day pass and relax. There's buffet food, drink, office space, clean relaxing halls, fruit, snacks, detox water, tea, espresso, coffee. The staff are constantly cleaning places. There are also cubicle and more quiet spaces for people to work from. Definitely worth it.

Lovely lounge. Can be a bit crowded during busy times. Food is good not great. Service is OK. Wish they had a wider selection of teas. Different types of seating arrangement is convenient so you can relax or work or eat. Washrooms need to be expanded especially for women. It would be good to have a few sleeper chairs - perhaps at an additional cost. The free WiFi is spotty for video streaming but good enough for work.

When I went to this club it was a little after 0900 on a Sunday. There was a small line to get in. There was ample seating throughout the club level. The snack selection was decent for breakfast. I was there through lunch and they had a sandwich bar, soup and snacks. Good fruit selection. Only request is more areas to lay down and rest.

Ugh! I wished airlines would make the same effort they used to back in the 90s. I been traveling my whole life and hanging out at airlines lounges practically since I was a newborn. Last time I went to the united club it was sad. The food looked like it was gas station food. Ramen, beef jerky and store bought cookies? Give me a break. How ghetto of united to lower it standards. The seating was crowded and not comfortable. This is embarrassing… especially for a united main hub. I much rather spend 50 bucks at a near by bar than go into the “united club” now a days. I’m giving it two stars because they still have an acceptable wine selection.

Not bad. Plenty of seating and chargers. Beer, wine, pop, juices, and coffee readily available. Snacks invlud boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, granola, pretzels and hummus, chips, packaged cookies and snack bars, and a few other things. The passes can be expensive but ours were included with our card.

Came in clutch since centurion lounge closes at 5pm. Nothing special but thats ok. Snacks, drinks, employee were ok. Pretty spacious. If united club is included for you, awesome. If not, its probably not worth the cost.

It's an okay Lounge. You'll get some Snacks and drinks for free. Some of the Drinks though cost extra (for example a Gin&Tonic made with Hendricks Gin will be charged with $9)Also most of the time you'll have to be lucky to get a seat of you're not traveling on your own. It gets very busy in there.Overall good experience and one thing for sure is that I've never experienced unfriendly Personal in there! ?

All included (free) perks as a member. Great lounge with plenty of charging ports. Lots of food options though it tends to be pre-packaged during COVID. Adult drink options at the bar are a nice perk ???. Can feel crowed but way better than hanging in the main terminal area and tend to feel more quite, comfortable and relaxing. .
