Was put off about $100 charge for a missed reservation. However the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic. I recommend the tokyo Ramen with spicy bomb and spicy tofu. Also get the pork dumplings.
I’m so glad that they accept reservations at this location. I really like the vibe here. Uncle is my go to restaurant when I have friends in town. I always recommend my favorite Spicy Chicken Ramen to all my friends and everyone loves it.

Great service, good food, and great drinks. Reasonably priced for the experience and quality. Out of everything that we ordered the only thing that needs some improvement to me personally speaking is the duck ramen. Just felt like something was missing. The skewers were exceptional, very well done. Open kitchen for the curious eyes. Drinks are delicious and do their job. Wait staff super attentive, filled my thirsty bf water up a good 5 times haha. Can't wait to come back.
Yo. I’ve been going to UNCLE for nearly 9 years and every time I show up it tastes exactly like it did the first time I stepped in the door. It’s consistently familiar and also the best ramen spot in Denver. My favorite go to is the spicy chicken with extra chicken and an extra egg. Gets some apps and a drink and live that life
The atmosphere was so awesome, the food is very fresh. I enjoy being able to see the chefs cook & interact with them while sitting at the bar! The flavors are pure & whole, coming together to creat an amazing experience. Highly suggest ! Our waiter was very kind , informative.
I gotta be honest. I’m harsh when it comes to ramen! I have very high expectations but Uncle blew them out of the water. I got the Spicy Chicken Ramen and it nearly knocked my socks off. I mixed my custardy egg into my broth which created the creamiest and most flavorful broth I’ve ever had. I did add a little bit of the hot bomb my partner ordered bc they didn’t use it all and the ramen wasn’t all that spicy to me but I didn’t want for it. I also got to try the yakitori which were all amazing, you cannot go wrong with seared meats with balanced flavor accoutrements. The pork belly buns were equally as good, the pork belly itself completely dissolved in your mouth with no effort whatsoever. TL;DR, go to Uncle! You’re welcome.
first off! however long- it's worth the wait time! came in on a saturday at 7 and was seated promptly at 7:45. the staff is attentive, the food is amazing and the restaurant is very clean with great ambiance. photos of the soft shell crab bao, pork dumplings and duck ramen. 10/10 fire emoji flames!
I was a little bit scared after reading some bad reviews regarding the waiters, but our experience was very good! Our spicy chicken ramen was so flavorful and creamy. It’s not tradicional ramen per se, though. The dumplings were really yummy too. Our waiter and the people who brought us the food were really nice as well!
Absolutely amazing. Ordered pork ramen, duck ramen and tofu. The pork ramen was unbelievable... if you ever ate ramen and said "this is too fatty or has too rich a flavor" then good news, duck ramen is for you. And if you want tofu that taste like pot stickers and is also amazing then also good news. 5/5.
