Last thing we did in Denver was have some world class Tapas! Fantastic way to end an trip! I wanted to try all the things!

The food is GREAT! The ribs are by far my favorite and the bacon wrapped dates are so good. Definitely go if you like Spanish food. I had the chefs feast with empanadas, me and my girlfriend couldn't finish it all.

Great Tapas! I had the bacon wrapped dates, trout escabeche, chicken liver mousse, and the glazed moorish spiced ribs. All were excellent but I really enjoyed the dates and the trout.

I was having the worst day with my bachelorette group and the food and staff here completely changed my whole mood. Everyone is amazing. The food is delicious. I loved the whole experience here. I’m unsure of his name but the man with the red hair (sorry lol) but he is the absolute best. I will be back!Update! His name is Robert and he needs a raise!!

Interesting menu with several ham based tapas. Bacon wrapped dates were fine - except the bacon was somewhat charred Salt cod sandwich was good but the bun was also burnt

Everything we had was absolutely delicious!!! It's definitely expensive but absolutely worth it! I hate gin but theirs was delicious too. The Sexton is a super light and refreshing drink. We did the Chef's Feast and added a few extras. Honestly the croquettes were better than the ones we had in Spain. I ended up only getting photos at the very beginning and the very end. It was too delicious stop and get more photos.

Excellent Food. My daughter was skeptical of the Dates and Bacon, but it was the best she ever had ! Loved the Brussel Sprout Warm Salad, Setas. Trio Jamon, etc . . The dumpling were warm and yummy.

Great food. Great service. Very friendly staff. We walked-in and didn't know that it was better to have a reservation. They opened up their bar for walk-ins and had to wait 30 minutes to get seated. After that, the whole experience was exceptional. The bartenders made us feel welcome but were also professional. The food was delicious. There's nothing much else to say about that.

Very good experience overall. The servers were 11/10. The patatas bravas were very close to what you'd find in a pinxo pote in Basque. However, the pastéis de nata did not have any of the elements of a portuguese pastéis de nata: 1) an initial crunch from the crust, 2) the charring on the custard, 3) the consistency of the custard, which was a lot thicker. It felt more like a danish than a pastéis de nata because the dough-to-custard ratio was way off.

The patatas bravas and croquetas de jamon are on par with what you will find in Spain! Both are very good. The pastel de nata is not really what I’d consider a pastel de nata, as this was more of a croissant base with an over done custard. Stick to Spain when you visit and it’s a great place to get a bite to eat.
