I had a wine and cheese party to attend and the cheese monger made me look like a superstar. His selections were right for the occasion. The quality and flavor of the selection was perfect. He even wrapped my purchase in a gift bag. Great service and knowledge.

I am incredibly frustrated. It is 5:47 pm. I saw this place on my way to a client earlier today and was so excited to come purchase a few things. I had to leave my clients house early and imagine my surprise when I get here and they are closed. The sign says 6pm. Two employees were inside cleaning up. Why have business hours you can’t abide by? I rearranged MY schedule to support local business and this is what I get in return. Apparently Whole Foods wins tonight.
Specialty cheese shop does not sell ricotta. Informed me at first “we never have sold ricotta” — I informed him I was making lasagna … than said “one of our vendors stopped making it so we don’t sell it anymore” — way to be clear, on point and make a sell. Not.

We ordered a charcuterie board for a holiday dinner. Ordering and the pick-up was easy and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The quality of the food was wonderful.
I ate half of pumpkin spice Gouda before I made it home. It was sooo good. Customer service is awesome also.

Truffle is incredible!! Their cheese boards are so beautiful and creative. The service is FANTASTIC!
Best cheese shop in Denver. You will spend money but they have so many great imported goodies.
