Smoothies are great! Regular food is also very good! Slow service, but very friendly!
The smoothie tastes a little bland, I think from the ice they use to make it cold. Using frozen fruit would eliminate the need for ice and the smoothies would then taste better.The service is awful. No greeting when coming in, no acknowledgement of my “thank you” when I picked up the order.I came in on a Sunday eve when it was slow, just one couple ahead of me placing their order. The store couldn’t break a $50, so the couple left to get a smaller bill. Meanwhile, the employee at the counter wouldn’t even take my order until I asked the supervisor/manager. They were just happy to make me wait to place an order until the other customers returned. Not what is expected by customers in this day! Thankfully the manager obliged and took my order when I asked them.
The absolute worst. All the employees laugh at the customers and take forever to complete your order. My order was taken and still 10 minutes later my smoothie was not made. All they care about is doordash orders. The cashier didn’t know how to give me a refund and could not get a hold of her manager. I still have not been refunded and have been calling all day and no one picks up the phone. Do not go to this location unless you what your time to be wasted. So unprofessional.
Smoothies are good. Ordered a Baja chicken wrap from DoorDash. Requested no cheese because I am allergic and will get sick. They put cheese in it.
I went inside to go pick up my order from tropical smoothie Cafe today. I place an order ahead of time and I was waiting to pick it up at the counter where it says pickup. I was waiting for about 20 minutes after seeing a whole bunch of people get their drinks ahead of me I asked the manager where my drink was.I told him the name and he said it was on the other shelf next to the cash register of to go orders that I didn't see or even know was there. I said, "so I've been sitting here for 20 minutes for nothing?"In which he replied, "yeah there are signs all over the place, can't you read the signs?"Not only does the sign that he reference to has two arrows pointing left and right which is very ambiguous and could mean anything, there were no words that stated exactly where as if the customer is just supposed to know what the arrows mean. Also, I was not greeted when I came inside and I was sitting at the counter facing all the employees looking like I needed something but nobody said anything to me and when I tried to get help I was met with a very rude manager who made it my fault that I didn't understand where my drink was.I don't know how long my drink was sitting on the counter but I know it had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes while I was sitting there waiting for somebody to help me out. Unprofessional staff, extremely unprofessional manager, I will not be coming back again.
I tried calling for 15 minutes straight with no answer. No VM either. When I got there I asked them why no one could pick up the phone. He said calling before to pick up your order was not an option. I have called ahead from other tropical smoothies and had no problem. Just aggravated. Nothing against the employees. But calling ahead should be an option here. I hope this comment finds management.

Good options and taste, but my smoothie wasn't blended enough. Tons of ice and banana chunks clogging the straw. I guess I just need a spoon haha
The attached photo shows a bag which allegedly contains two quesadilla and some chips AND two large smoothies. Complained to all channels and was told my order was marked as delivered, period. What a shame but take your chances I guess!
Better late than never for a positive review. I saved the receipt because of how much it meant to me that on 12/18/21 around 3:45pm the girl working the register took care of me when my credit card wasn’t working. I was so hungry/tired and was going into work soon after. It was so unexpected and generous for her to do that. I think her name was Shaniah or something similar but she deserves a shout out for sure. Little acts of kindness really go along way. Support this business and throw a lil tip their way. Karma is real.
