The drive through at this store is always very slow, their speaker doesn't work well at all and today I waited quite a long time to receive some tacos that look like they were wadded up in someone's fist, pretty sad.
Had to try what so many rave about. Really enjoyed the two tacos I had along with a side of chips/salsa. Great flavors, fast delivery, nice (if very loud) outdoor seating (25 traffic noise, but a wonderful view).Will definitely be back!
Pretty good tacos. The barbacoa had a huge chunk of fat/nerve which grossed me out but other than that, it was pretty good. The tomatillo salsa was pretty good. Love the cotija cheese was excellent. Chips and green chile queso was good. I'm from New Mexico, home of the REAL green chile. Still good though. Margarita was good!
Everything made from scratch and delicious. Super menu selections with unique twists on traditional Southwest cuisine. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Very clean and efficient. Gourmet food, casual atmosphere
Food was just okay I'm visiting from Alabama and heard great things about this place but. Nit so great and staff wasn't very friendly my order was wrong however the manager did refund me. Very small portions
My boyfriend and I love torchy’s and tonight I received some of the best customer service on a pickup order I’ve ever had. The sweet girl at the counter was having some issues checking me out so she apologized profusely, gave me a free drink and asked me to wait a few minutes while she got her manager, no big deal. Not too long after the manager came out, resolved the register issue and offered me a small discount for my wait, which was maybe 2 minutes. Service like this makes you feel like they care about their customers. Great job on the customer service Torchy’s!
Some great tacos. The diablo sauce is quite spicy. The Jamaican jerk and the pork were both delicious
So tonight I ordered chips & salsa along with chips and guac. I called ahead to ensure I was not late for my TWELVE HOUR shift at a local ER. When I went to open my HUGE plastic bag containing TWO individual, paper bags, to my surprise all that was in there was 2 containers of salsa, 1 of which I didn't even order and an order of guac. Guess what was missing? The MFKN chips. Who does that?? This is absurd!! Who is working your telephones and to go orders?This is unacceptable!!!
Tastes like homemade tortillas and the Salsa Roja is so good I could drink it. The burrito was so huge and seemed to grow as I ate it! The baby loved her bean and cheese taco she tried to stuff her mouth. I will definitely come back for more.
We are big fans of Torchy’s and have been to various locations several times. The food is always great! This time, we had their margaritas as well, and those were tasty! Their queso has just the right amount of flavor and kick to it. The guacamole is fine (nothing exceptional but no complaints either). They have a somewhat small but unique taco menu, which I appreciate. I highly recommend the fried avocado, Mr. Orange, and the Democrat tacos. This time, I tried their monthly (December) special (I think it was something like “Naughty Santa” - my apologies if I am way off), and I also really enjoyed it! We will be back for more tacos!
