the staff was nice but the girl who took my order with the gauges i told her extra cucumber and made small talk she said she's been in food industry for 7 years and can't follow simple instructions ? i got zero cucumber on my food. pathetic. and im embarrassed i went to this location.
Not a good experience my salad was tossed in dressing and my avocado and chicken was not cut properly with no love it was all mushy to go order so when I made it home all wet gross

Today my boyfriend went to this location to get a Poke bowl. To my surprise the bowl came with chicken instead of the Tuna he ordered. We called the location and the manager said that my bf said chicken and not tuna. Who on earth orders a poke bowl with chicken? We couldn’t go back cause we have a concert tonight. Last time we went there they forgot the sauce and the time before they forgot the cookie. The manager refused to give us our money back so we contacted corporate. Never go here it’s a waste of money!
I've been to this Tokyo Joe's over a dozen times and the staff are always extremely pleasant, attentive, and they've never messed my order up. Even in the face of adverse customers I've seen them maintain their composure impressively.
Tokyo Joe's has the MOST and delicious ingredients. It's why I go here. I love everything in my bowl that they have to offer & they have so many different sauce options.
Food is okay. You just have either know what you want or ask questions to get a better understanding of your selections. It is wrote out on the board. No one spoke upon us entering the door nor once we made it to the counter. The worker that assisted us was friendly. It was a clean restaurant. The restroom was extremely clean. That is a huge plus. My food/ bowl was a number 1. It was good. I gave 3 stars because lots of room for improvement. Try it yourself.
