I had a meatball sub at The Local Butcher and it was delicious! The staff there are always very friendly. I can’t wait to try more menu items. Definitely eating here again the next time I’m at Denver Central Market.
Meatball sub was not generous with the meatballs. Was mostly bread and sauce.
Ray is cool. Hooked us up with ribs that were off the phone hook ? baked beans off the heazy!

Ordered on Uber Eats. No BBQ sauce was included. Brisket too dry to eat without it. Called and nobody picked up the phone. Beans were good. Colelsaw ok.
Went to this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. I noticed some previous reviews talking about service and taste…my experience was the complete opposite (in a good way!). My husband and I stopped in to get some meats for dinner. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the meats were delicious. We will definitely be back.
Ryan helped me get ahold of some delicious dry aged rib-eye. The marbling was excellent and the quality of product was amazing. Ryan has excellent customer service and is incredibly knowledgeable. Steak was delicious
Brisket sandwich was great! I’m from Texas & I’d say the brisket was just as good as it is back home.
I wanted to like this place, ordered a crown roast of pork and got a mangled mess. If you don’t know how to trim something, simply say you can’t do it.
Even though we had a glitch in our order through GrubHub, they made it right. We had the pulled pork and ribs. Both were super good.
