Phenom-nom-nominal!!!Absolutely adore this spot, as does everyone I've brought or introduced to the Gnome. From hot to cold it's always a hit. The French onion is everything you'd want it to be and much more, the chopped beef is a guilty pleasure but be sure to add chzwhz and bacon for a delectable treat. Good bread In this town is hard to find but my they found some! Cheryl behind the bar is always a pleasant and welcoming staple, and knowledgeable resource for the plethora of beers offered. Drive that train on in and treat yourself to a delightful experience!

Great local sandwich place, came for lunch so didn't get to test the beers, excellent portion sizes, had a #20 (Italian) with fries, was wonderful, will be back again!

great food and delicious beer.

Amazing food, amazing staff, great atmosphere.

Amazing sandwiches, and pretty solid beer choices. The only reason why I'm not giving five stars is because when you ask for a splash to taste different beers the staff is so hesitant! It's really weird, and the only place we've ever experienced this in Denver. Most places are more than happy to offer a taste of multiple beers so you know which one you'll want for a full pint. My very first visit I asked to taste a two beers, and the waiter implied that if I ordered one more splash they would charge me for a taster. Actually, writing about that experience is frustrating me again. I'm taking off another star.

Just found this place and loved it. Waitress was so friendly! We were so excited to find a place with Pork roll / Taylor ham sandwiches. One thing we really miss from New Jersey

Been here a handful of times and I am confident in saying they make a damn good hot sandwich. The Reuben is one of the best I've had in town. Nothing needlessly fancy just good quality ingredients and assembled with care. They happened to have tomato soup today and paired with the grilled cheese in all of it's simplistic perfection took me back 20 years. Would recommend.

We stopped at the Grateful Gnome and we had a delightful lunch. The sloppy gnome club and the Denver dip sandwiches are delicious and don’t miss the fries with gravy. Of course, you should always wash all of this down with their home brews, I recommend the Marzen. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant too!

Close by my brother's house and when visiting him enjoy stopping in for lunch. They have a large sandwich menu. Great beers that are brewed in house and local and national brands. It is run by second generation Italian-style deli man so you know those sandwiches are great. Sports on TVs weekends and occasional music nights. Grateful Dead tribute bands scheduled the week we were there.

Delicious spot for lunch & beers. We happen to go on a super busy day and the staff got us a free round of drinks. Alexis & Sheryl were both attentive and really cared about us having a good experience! I highly recommend the onion soup and any of their IPAs.
