Probably the coolest bar in Denver!!!! I really want to go back to see a band play on a weekend and really get a feel for the place..I dropped in on a Monday afternoon it was pretty slow but the owners were good company, they had good drinks and was playing some good heavy Metal music... I'm sold ?
What a rad and badass spot. Awesome bartenders and they make killer drinks. Ask them about the new menu. Cool crowd and great late night spot.

The absolute best bar! Anywhere!Priscilla is a queen and a incredible staple to Denver. Her management as well as the amazing staff make this place so special. Music, atmosphere, and service are top notch. The food is seriously to die for, I am addicted to the mushroom stew (sorry for ordering it so late, thanks for always putting up with me ?). I will support this magical place until the rapture. If you haven't been here, go. Go every damn day. Give them all your money and respect. If every establishment was this excellent the world would be a perfect place. Thanks for supporting our community, and keeping this scene alive. All hail the Crypt! There's no where in this city that beats it.
Great food & service. We’re vegan and the food was awesome. We came on a Friday at like 5:30pm & it wasn’t crazy busy. Got busier as the night went on but we still had wonderful service! Will definitely be back.
Had just one trip to The Crypt but will absolutely making this place a regular destination for food and drinks. The vegan bites are the type where you get upset after taking your first bite… upset that you’ve never tasted something so good in your life until that moment.Bartender/owner was super nice. Vibe was everything it was supposed to be. I am already craving the poutine, pakora fritters, and eggplant poutine… we just finished our meals.
This bar reminds me of the quirky and creative bars in Portland, OR. Can't go wrong with a horror themed dive bar with awesome food. One of the owners made me a delicious mixed drink with St. Germain. The fries were good. I wanna go back and try their eggplant sandwich and other food items.
French onion soup for a great price is a rare find in Denver. The Crypt delivers.BYOS - It's a horror-themed bar so if you don't want to watch scary movies with your beer (I can barely make it through Scream), you'll want your own screen.But the vibe is great and the food offers both vegan and non-vegan eats that are all scratch-made.
I'm truly grateful to have this place around. As a regular at Tooeys pre-pandemic, I have the same feeling of being where I belong at The Crypt. I think I speak for everyone here about how that feeling is. Its unmatched. The food is great and staff are even greater. Go forth and get down!
The staff is excellent and friendly, their vibe is super fun and while their menu is fairly limited, everything has been wonderful!
