Restaurant repeatedly cancels orders and does not answer the phone. They do not respond with good customer service. I used to order from here because they were the only place that would have decent food. Now the food quality is down, there is no communication, the whole experience is bad. I will not return, nor will I order from here ever again.

????? BEWARE If you know what average quality sushi is supposed to taste like... DON'T GO HERE! I travel all over the USA for work trying different sushi places and this is by far the worst! I threw all nigiri away and the rest was barely eatable. I guess that's why they don't do dine in here... so your less likely to return with a complaint.

Enjoy that $20.00 pre tip. Never again. You have successfully lost our business. No biggie right?! Dried out chicken, cold egg rolls. No worries. Done. Delivery was fast.

This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We ordered from them and didn't get what we PAID for. We called the restaurant and was SPECIFICALLY TOLD they were out of a few items. When we asked to speak to the OWNER, they said I am the manager. That's not what we asked for. We asked to speak to the owner. Then the DISRESPECTFUL lady working hung up on us. We continued to try to call back, went straight to the voicemail recording. My husband drove back to the restaurant and asked for a refund. He was told NO flat out, because we had ordered online. What difference does that make? How can you charge full price for ordes if you are out of items? YOU HAVE LOST OUR BUSINESS AFTER 10 YEARS!!! Not even worth my one star rating. Shame on you for the poor customer service experience.

Worst customer service of my life. My order was incorrect. When I called to find a resolution, I was hung up on. When I went in person, the lady was very rude and could care less if my order was correct or not. I'll never return.

Good basic Asian food. Sushi isn't spectacular but good for the price. The drunken noodle is amazing

I used to enjoy this place, but since when does KungPow Chicken has tomatoe? The noodles were soggy and it should be called kungpow veggies instead.

We used to really enjoy this place when we moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. This last order was terrible. The fried rice was salty and there were a lot of white clumps of rice. The chicken wings were not cooked completely and red on the inside and inedible. Very disappointing.

This is absurd - still not open for dine in - no reason - no excuses lots of employees just lounging around in the dining area!!!!

Haven't tried it yet. Been wanting to. Back in the day I always had Chinese places or Asian closed on Monday and not on a Tuesday.PLUM GARDEN MCHENRY, Illinois world best.Wife is Filipino so don't there.
