I'm so disappointed with Thai Basil today. They food is really good but my dine in services was not on point for the 1st time. Took 25mins to take my order, there was only 1 person eating in there, no one checked on me and no one refilled my drink. I understand the kitchen was really busy with Togo orders but with one person eating in the restaurant. Oh no..no tip from me today.
They tried to cook everything, so that why there are nothing special. 4 stars for nice waiters ?
Really bad, probably the worst Pad Thai I have ever had. I also order the chicken satay which was under cooked and had zero flavor. I was also charged $1.50 for extra peanut sauce which was also gross. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. How can you call yourself a Thai restaurant and not be able to properly make the 2 staple dishes of a Thai restaurant?
Hidden Gem.I’ve visited this and other Thai locations but by far this is the best. I will continue visiting this location even when living 30 minutes away. Dining in is always a special treat especially now. Everyone here is genuine and care about your happiness with your meal.
Thai Basil is WONDERFUL! The food was great and we had a lovely dine-in experience. Sally was my server and she is a fantastic server. She was very nice, accommodating, and we went with her recommendations and everything was so YUMMY. Thank you Sally for suggesting the mango cake and the Thai iced tea!
There was only a hostess and a server for lunch and they killed it! The server was super sweet and very skilled at her job. Despite the short staffing, there was no wait to sit, very little wait to order and the food came out crazy fast. The Pho was great! The fish tank is pretty cool too.
I had not been into Thai Basil restaurant for a while but I have always loved this place. I decided to pay them a visit. I was not disappointed. I was served by Sally who was attentive and professional. It was good to see the the food was as great as I had remembered. We will most definitely be back soon!
Pretty disappointed with the food. I really don't like when asian restaurants use that really puffy breaded chicken, like you see with sweet and sour chicken, for all their dishes. Well I guess this place recently made that change too as all the pictures online show a different style of food than when I received tonight.
Ordered the orange chicken - somewhat spicy. Large portions, I could have shared with someone.
I hardly leave reviews but the drunker noddle I got was so bad I needed to say something. It's the wrong noodle and was cooked so that it was rubbery
